5 How to upload the data to the E-catalogue The relevancy, authenticity, and completeness of the data contained in the E-catalogue is assured by the following baselines : Each supplier undergoes the portal logging procedure for obtaining the individual login and entry; The supplier individually uploads the data regarding amount of products and all the accompanying technical documentation; The access to the guidance documentation web sited at ( helps and facilitates operations within the E-catalogue Each supplier is being followed on-line by the E-catalogue verification center The supplier automatically obtains the notifications regarding the verification status of the E-catalogue s entries 5
6 Requirements for filling-in the E-catalogue The supplier has to upload the following types of information regarding the equipment : Characteristics and Properties: - Specifications, - Wight & Dimensions, - Application Safety, - Climatic Category, - Resistance to the external Impacts, - Classification as per Industry Norms and Standards Documentation: - Technical Data, - Operation Manuals, - Licenses and Permits. 3D-Models: - Sizes and Dimensions, - Coupling Dimensions and Characteristics. 6

8 Evaluation Criteria. Localization. The E-catalogue features a special function for automated selection of products for the specific project of the NPP in the design or construction stage. The technical characteristics of search of the initial project s specification are stored in the database for enabling control over the E- catalogue degree of filling The built-in tools allow to print out the analytical reports : - % of localization for the given country of origin - % of localization for a given supplier - % of uploading of the E-catalogue for a given NPP 8
9 Evaluation Criteria. Cost The E-catalogue collects and stores cost information regarding a given product on a dedicated tag. Each cost-related value is substantiated by available documents, and includes info on the supplies and original price quote. E-catalogue enables to store unlimited number of cost-related characteristics for various construction sites. Based on the collected cost- related data, the E-catalogue enables to generate an additional criterion for the supplier selection выбора. 9
10 Evaluation Criteria. Quality The E-catalogue enables to collect the data for the quality control points 1. Preparedness for production. 2. Acceptance and Testing. 3. Receiving Control. 4. Operation Control. The info can be validated by documents. The summary analysis over all the quality control points attributes to the supplier the general quality rating, which may be accessed by the authorized Catalogue User. 10
