23 Reports Customers can sign up for your Property Alert service if they wish to be notified whenever a property that matches their search criteria has become available. Using a search criteria, such as a zip code or a city name, they can create and save listing searches for repeated viewing. The Property Alert Report consists of two types of reports: 1. Notifications Report: This lists the number of notifications that have been sent out for a listing. Note that customers are made aware of the number of new properties that meet their search criteria since the last alert. 2. Subscribers Report: This lists the number of customers subscribed to this service and provides detailed information about their listing search criteria and their saved listings. Each saved listing search gives the notification frequency, expiration date, address, property description, and MLS name. Each saved listing shows the listing address, type, price, MLS number, square footage, etc. To generate an Notifications report for a listing: 1. From the main menu, select Reports > Property Alert Reports. 2. Under the Search Notifications section, type in the listing's MLS number.
