1 BOOK NORWEGIAN MANUAL FOR GROUP BOOKINGS Create reservations for your groups simply and quickly via Book Norwegian. This is what you can do: Create bookings within your approved allotment and enter names. Make booking changes within your approved allotment yourself before the release date. Choose stateroom numbers directly and access detailed information about the staterooms interior. Enter special requests such as ordering extra pillows or dietary needs. Book shore excursions and/or restaurant reservations for all ships, entertainment shows for Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Escape as well as spa treatments for Norwegian Epic. Please check our complete manual for FIT bookings for details on how to book shore excursions, dining, shows and Spa treatments. So you can confirm a reservation to your clients right away. After completing the booking, you will receive your Norwegian Cruise Line Reservation ID, which you may retrieve anytime. Book Norwegian is available 24/7! General information for using Book Norwegian Requests in addition to your allotment: Via Book Norwegian you will see all available categories, as well those that you are not holding in your allotment. Please only book the categories within your allocation that are stated on the contract, as we only ensure the agreed rates for those categories and the approved number of cabins. If you have a request for a category you are not holding in the allotment, please contact our groups department. They will be happy to assist with verifying rates and availability. After the release date: After the release date of the group no additional bookings and changes/cancellations are permitted via Book Norwegian. Please contact the groups department in such cases via . 2 Accessing Book Norwegian To access Book Norwegian please go to and in the lower part of the page on the very right, click on Travel Partners Sign In to enter our Agents index page as per below. You can also go directly to In order to access the Travel Agents Area content on the right Travel Agents Resources & Training you will need to Log-In with your personal username and password. This Log-In is not yet the Log-In for Book Norwegian, it s just to enter the information area, where you can find for example marketing materials, agent rates, online seminars, etc. If you don t have username and password yet, please register yourself. This registration is meant for each travel agent individually working in an agency. If you don t have a personal address at your agency, just use your private one. After the registration you will receive an with a link which you need to click on to activate your account. To access Book Norwegian you don t necessarily have to log into the Travel Agents Area, you could also click on the Book Norwegian button on the left side of the screen. A new window will open with the following Log-In screen. You may also save the direct link to Book Norwegian in your favorites in order to access it faster. Your Username and Password have been sent to you via an automatic from our system when your agency was originally set up with Norwegian Cruise Line. Without a Norwegian Cruise Line agency ID, you won t have access to Book Norwegian. Page 2 of 12

If you haven t got access yet please contact agencysupport@ncl.com or call us at When you log in you will be directly guided to the start page My Reservations. The menu Groups allows you to book delegates within a group and manage your existing groups. By clicking on the Groups menu you will be guided to the search and manage groups screen below, where you will be able to retrieve your groups either by entering the Group ID or by entering the Group Name, Ship and Sail From/Sail To date. Please hit the Search button to locate your group. In Groups search results the group will appear and will provide you with additional information about the group you just retrieved (e.g. sailing date, number of guests). Click on the Group ID in order to see more details of this group. Page 3 of 12
4 Already booked delegates will be displayed here: When selecting Add Delegate you will be asked to provide the number of passengers on the next page: After clicking on the Start Search button you will be referred to the below page; Click on Select in order to continue with the booking: Page 4 of 12
5 On this screen you can see the available categories. Please note that the column Group indicates which categories are held within your allotment ( Yes ) and which are available on FIT basis ( No ). Usually group blocks are being held in double occupancy. If you are trying to book single, triple or quad cabins, please be aware that these will show as No as not blocked within your group then. You may surely go ahead and add these cabins to your group. Prices displayed may differ from the prices within your contract and have to be reconfirmed by the groups department. If you want to select a cabin category which is not held within your group ( No ) we would therefore kindly ask you to contact our groups department to check the correct pricing. Important: before selecting a category, click the Current Promo column. Page 5 of 12
6 You ll get to the detailed price overview Price Programs: Please note that you may add the pre-paid service charges by selecting promotion code CEPSC here if required (only if you haven t added the pre-paid service charge on group level already). Click on Refresh prices after selecting the service charge and then click on Apply Promotion to continue with the booking process. On the next page Stateroom you can see all available staterooms for the selected category. Page 6 of 12
7 By clicking on the stateroom number a pop-up window with stateroom attributes will be opened and will help you in consulting your clients. In order to select the stateroom number, tick the checkbox. The selected stateroom will be marked on the deck plan on the right side of the page. You can also select a stateroom via the deck plan directly. Click on Select after selecting the cabin. The next page is then Travel Protection which you can skip by clicking on Continue button as no insurance packages are offered except for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. Page 7 of 12
8 On the Guest Info tab you can either search for an existing guest click on Search or create a new guest profile click on Create. If you search for an existing guest you need to insert the Latitudes Rewards ID or search by Last Name/Surname, First Name in combination with either birthdate or phone number: Page 8 of 12
9 If you create a new guest profile, please enter as much passenger information as available. All boxes marked with * are mandatory fields. By selecting the Save and Continue button you will be redirected to the Guest Info page and asked to enter the passenger details for your second guest: After you have completed all guest information please click on the Continue button to proceed with the booking. 10 Then please select the Special Requests tab. Here you can select special requests such as e.g. Extra Pillows in the cabin or a Birthday Cake if one of the guests is celebrating his/her birthday during the cruise: Please click on Continue button in order to proceed with the booking. The following page will provide you with additional price information. In case prices do not match your contracted rates please contact our groups department to check and confirm the correct rates. After clicking on the Continue button you will be guided to the payment schedule screen of the booking which will indicate the Payment Schedule for the delegate. Page 10 of 12
11 Please note that this screen is only applicable to the selected delegate. Payment conditions for the group should be followed as per group contract. By selecting the button Confirm booking (no payment) you will store the reservation and will be transferred to the Reservation Summary page as follows. Page 11 of 12
