3 3 Choice of category / sector By clicking on Categories the different price categories will be displayed. In the appropriate coloured blocks you will find the available tickets. Click on the preferred block to add the amount of tickets you wish. 3

4 4 Choice of number of tickets Click OK to continue. 4

5 5 Have a look at the reserved seats and move them to the basket CONTINUE to move the reserved tickets to your basket. X to remove the reserved tickets. Cursor to move the view of the seating plan. Detail to show and blind out the details. Cursor Show details/blind out 5

6 6 Display basket The chosen tickets will be displayed in your basket. Swiss Starters: Support the offspring of athletic sports. Per ticket automatically the amount of CHF 2.00 will appear. You can adapt this amount by raising with +, reducing with and deleting with x. If you wish to order another ticket click on BUY MORE TICKETS, and go on with step 3 otherwise click on CONTINUE to proceed. 6

7 7 Registration / Login Ticketbox If you set up a Ticketbox for Weltklasse Zürich or the European Athletics Championships, you can use the same login-dates again. Please continue with step 7.3 (If you forgot your password, click on SEND IT TO ME). Otherwise click on SET UP TICKETBOX and continue with step

8 7.1 Registration / Set up Ticketbox Check your data and/or add information fields with your address and data. To activate your Ticketbox click REGISTER 8

9 7.2 Activation Ticketbox After registering the process of activation will automatically be started. Open the sent by Starticket and click on the link of activation. For a short moment a second browser window will be opened, that will be closed automatically again. 7.3 Display Ticketbox change Check my orders Print my tickets I want to edit my customer data (Ticketbox) Here you will find all orders you had so far (of the actual Ticketbox) If you ve chosen electronic invoice and/or Print@Home, you find your documents as pdf in your personal ticketbox ready to print (after receipt of payment). To go on with your ticket order click CONTINUE. 9

10 8 Choice of delivery and payment options Please choose your preferred delivery and payment option (please note payment deadline) and then click CONTINUE. 10

11 9 Check order 9.1 Payment option invoice/e-banking After accepting the general conditions of Starticket and Weltklasse Zürich 2016 you can complete your ticket order. As soon as you click on COMPLETE ORDER, your order is mandatory! 11

12 9.2 Payment option creditcard Entry creditcard informations. Please accept the terms and conditions of Starticket and Weltklasse Zürich Complete your order. As soon as you click on COMPLETE ORDER, your order is mandatory! With several credit cards a 3D-Secure-Password will be demanded. Hold your password ready! If you require too much time for the process, it can happen, that a possible credit card charge cannot be completed. After a successful order closing a number of order will appear on the screen and you will immediately get a confirmation . If you do not receive such an from Starticket the credit card process may not have been successful. 12

13 9.3 Payment option Postcard / Postfinance Debit Direct Choose Postcard as your preferred payment option and accept the terms and conditions of Starticket and Weltklasse Zürich Complete your order. You will be directed automatically to the payment system of Postfinance. Please insert the Postfinance data. After a successful payment you will be transferred back to the ticket ordering system of Starticket. As soon as you get back to the confirmation your order (step 10) is mandatory! 13

14 10 Confirmation of order / Successful order Only when you get to this page of the confirmation of your order with an order number, the tickets will be reserved for you and the process of order is completed. In case of a credit card payment the order will definitely be completed. Orders with invoice/ebanking will only be completed after payment. 11 Electronic Invoice / Print@Home-Ticket If you ve chosen electronic invoice and/or Print@Home, you find your documents as pdffile in your personal TICKETBOX ready to print (tickets after receipt of payment only).
