2 NOTE: In accordance with the provisions of the Law of 11 March 2004 on the tax on goods and services (VAT) (Journal of Law of 2011, No. 177, Item 1054, as amended) general postal services provided by Poczta Polska S.A. acting as the operator obliged to provide such services are exempted from the tax on goods and services (VAT). PART 1: GENERAL DOMESTIC SERVICES CHAPTER I. LETTER MAIL, NON-REGISTERED Item Type of service Fee in PLN (Polish zloty) 1. Letter mail, non-registered, ECONOMY PRIORITY including postcards, including poste restante services SIZE A SIZE B SIZE A SIZE B up to 350 g over 350 g to g over g to g NOTE for Item 1: The fee for a postcard is the same as the fee for non-registered economy or priority (as applicable) letter mail, size A, up to 350 g. 2. 4 LETTER MAIL SIZES Letter mail sizes are as follows: MAXIMUM: the sum of the length, width and height 900 mm, with the largest dimension (the length) not exceeding 600 mm MINIMUM: the dimensions of the address side may not be smaller than 90 x 140 mm. 1. The sizes of letter mail posted in the form of rolls are as follows: MAXIMUM: the sum of the length, width and height 1040 mm, with the largest dimension (the length) not exceeding 900 mm MINIMUM: the sum of the length and twice the diameter of the roll 170 mm, with the largest dimension (the length) not less than 100 mm 2. Postcard sizes are as follows: MAXIMUM: 120 x 235 mm MINIMUM: 90 x 140 mm All dimensions are subject to +/ 2 mm tolerance. WHILE: SIZE A includes mail of the following dimensions: MINIMUM the dimensions of the address side may not be smaller than 90 x 140 mm. MAXIMUM none of the dimensions may exceed: height 20 mm, length 325 mm, width 230 mm. SIZE B includes mail of the following dimensions: MINIMUM if only one of the dimensions exceeds: height 20 mm, length 325 mm, width 230 mm, MAXIMUM the sum of the length, width and height 900 mm, with the largest dimension (the length) not exceeding 600 mm. PARCEL MAIL SIZES The parcel mail sizes are as follows: MAXIMUM: the sum of the length and the largest circumference measured along a dimension other than the length 3,000 mm, with the largest dimension not exceeding 1500 mm MINIMUM: the dimensions of the address side may not be smaller than 90 x 140 mm, with a tolerance of +/ 2 mm. WHILE: SIZE A includes parcel mail of the following dimensions: MINIMUM the dimensions of the address side may not be smaller than 90 x 140 mm. MAXIMUM none of the dimensions may exceed: length 600 mm, width 500 mm, height 300 mm. SIZE B includes parcel mail of the following dimensions: MINIMUM if only one of the dimensions exceeds: length 600 mm, width 500 mm, height 300 mm, MAXIMUM the sum of the length and the largest circumference measured along a dimension other than the length 3,000 mm, with the largest dimension not exceeding 1500 mm - 5 -

6 CHAPTER VI. MAIL ADDRESSED TO THE BLIND AND MAIL WITH OBLIGATORY BOOK AND MAGAZINE COPIES FOR LIBRARIES Pursuant to the provisions of Article 26 of the Law of 23 November 2012, i.e. the Post Law, (Journal of Law of 2012, Item 1529, as amended) and Article 7 of the Law of 07 November 1996 on obligatory book and magazine copies for libraries (Journal of Law No. 152, Item 722, as amended), the following types of mail are exempted from postal fees: 1) mail items up to 7000 g no fee is charged for acceptance, transport and delivery of mail items of not the fastest category, of the same kind and the same weight or other features which determine the price in accordance with the Pricelist; this exemption does not include confirmation of receipt of registered mail, 2) mail items containing obligatory book and magazine copies for libraries eligible to receive such copies up to the lowest fee for acceptance, transport and delivery of mail items of not the fastest category, of the same kind and the same weight as determined in accordance with the Pricelist for general services. CHAPTER VII. CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT IN DOMESTIC SERVICES Item Type of service Fee in PLN (Polish zloty) 7. Confirmation of receipt of 2.60 registered mail NOTES for Item 7: 1) Confirmation of receipt of registered mail may only be ordered at the moment of posting of registered mail as is constitutes an inclusive service together with the mail item. 2) The fee is paid by the sender at the moment of posting. CHAPTER VIII. RETURN OF DOMESTIC MAIL Item Type of service Fee in PLN (Polish zloty) 8. Return of registered mail to the sender after all attempts to deliver or issue the mail to the addressee have failed fee as for a respective registered mail item posted as economy mail * * Mail is not returned within hours reserved for priority mail even if a given mail item was posted as priority mail. The above-mentioned limitation does not include mail with bees or domestic bird nestlings such mail is returned to the sender as priority mail. NOTES for Item 8: 1) Returns referred to in this Chapter do not include returns carried out following additional requests made by the Clients. Terms and conditions concerning returns caused by additional requests made by the Clients are specified in the additional fees pricelist. 2) In the event that a declared-value mail item is returned, no additional fee is charged for treating that mail item as mail with declared value. 3) The fee for confirmation of receipt, charged at the moment of positing, is returned. Registered mail covered by this Pricelist for domestic postal services includes the following mail: 1) registered letters, 2) registered letters with declared value, 3) parcel mail, 4) parcel mail with declared value

8 LETTER MAIL SIZES Letter mail sizes are as follows: MAXIMUM: the sum of the length, width and height 900 mm, with the largest dimension (the length) not exceeding 600 mm MINIMUM: the dimensions of the address side may not be smaller than 90 x 140 mm. 1. The division of countries and territories into individual zones is provided in the "Specification of countries according to the postal channels" available at each post office or unit of Poczta Polska S.A. Information concerning individual countries and territories and their zone classification is also provided in the table "ECONOMY AND PRIORITY POSTAL PARCELS information on the division of countries and territories into individual zones" included in chapter XXI of this Pricelist. A note must be taken that subzones A1 to A5 for priority parcels constitute together an equivalent of zone A for letter mail. Item Type of service 11. MAIL ADDRESSES TO THE BLIND No fee is charged for posting mail addressed to the blind. The goods should be fastened to or otherwise bound with the documents that accompany them and the weight of each mail item comprising the goods and their respective documents may not exceed 2 kg. ** The maximum weight of an M bag posted to Kazakhstan, North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of North Korea), Uzbekistan, and Great Britain is g. Item 15. CHAPTER XIV. Item CHAPTER XVIII. PARCEL MAIL WITH DECLARED VALUE Type of service 20. Priority parcel mail with declared value: 1) the fee for posting a parcel depends on the parcel weight and the zone to which the destination country belongs 2) fee for the treatment of parcel mail as mail with declared value: for each PLN (or part thereof) of the declared value Fee in PLN (Polish zloty) respectively as provided in Item

Economy parcel mail with declared value: 1) the fee for posting a parcel depends on the parcel weight and the zone to which the destination country belongs 2) fee for the treatment of parcel mail as mail with declared value: for each PLN (or part thereof) of the declared value respectively as provided in Item NOTE for Items 20 and 21: Parcels with declared value can be sent to those countries and territories which are specified in the "Additional information for foreign postal services" available on the website of Poczta Polska S.A. and at Poczta Polska post-offices and units. Return of priority mail with declared value to the sender after all attempts to deliver or issue the mail to the foreign addressee have failed fee as for economy domestic letter mail with declared value of the same weight, size A NOTES for Items 23 and 24: 1) Returns referred to in this Chapter do not include returns carried out following additional requests made by the Clients. 14 26 Return of declared-content priority and economy package to the sender - after exhausting the possibility to deliver or handingover to the foreign recipient thereof Charged as for postal declaredcontent economy package within domestic traffic of the same mass and of size A + charges imposed by the operator of the country of destination REMARKS to it. 25 and 26: 1) In case of cross-border economy and priority packages, including the declared-content packages of mass exceeding 10 kg, the return charge correspondingly as for the postal economy package or for the declared-content postal economy packages of size A and of mass of 10kg within the domestic traffic. 2) Returns, which are referred to in these items do not concern the returns due to additional claims of Customers. Conditions for returns due to additional claims of Customers are specified in the price list of additional charges. 3) In case of return of package with a declared content, the fee for treating such package as declaredcontent package is not charged again. The fee for acknowledgment of receipt (it. 22) paid at sending shall be subject to refund. Registered mail covered by this Pricelist for foreign postal services includes the following mail: 1) registered mail, including M bags, 2) registered letters with declared value, 3) parcel mail, 4) parcel mail with declared value
