1 Subscription Terms & Conditions 6 Month, 12 Month and 24 Month Subscriptions By subscribing to The Big Issue magazine you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Big Issue will supply a magazine to your nominated delivery address in accordance with the length of subscription you have purchased: 6 month subscription - 12 magazines; 12 month subscription - 25 magazines; or 24 month subscription - 50 magazines. Magazines will be delivered on a fortnightly basis, in accordance with each new edition released by The Big Issue. 2. The subscription price for each magazine will be $5 plus delivery charges of $1.20 per magazine within Australia. The total subscription price will be in accordance with the length of subscription you have purchased: 6 month subscription - $74.40; 12 month subscription - $155.00; or 24 month subscription - $ Overseas subscribers will be required to pay the following charges for delivery outside of Australia to reflect our additional postal costs: a. Asia/Pacific region: the subscription price for each magazine will be AUD$5 plus delivery charges of AUD$4 being a total subscription price of: 6 month subscription - $108; 12 month subscription - $225; or 24 month subscription - $450. b. Rest of the world (excluding Australia and Asia Pacific region): the subscription price for each magazine will be AUD$5 plus delivery charges of AUD$5 being a total subscription price of: 6 month subscription - $120; 12 month subscription - $250; or 24 month subscription - $ You are responsible for providing correct and accurate delivery details for the 4. Please allow 4 weeks for the delivery of the first magazine of your new subscription. 5. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the completion of your applicable subscription term unless you have advised us that you do not wish to renew your subscription to The Big Issue. For renewals, the same amount will be charged to the credit card you used for your initial subscription, unless you notify us that your credit card details have changed. If we are unable to process your renewal payment for any reason, we will notify you and suspend delivery of subscriptions until your payment is able to be processed. You may advise us of your intention not to renew your subscription in the following ways: i. Your refund will be paid to the credit card used to purchase the original subscription. If the credit card is no longer valid (eg, it has expired) a cheque payment will be issued. The cheque will be sent to the delivery address that you provided to The Big Issue. Please note that it takes up to 5 days to process a subscription cancellation so, depending on the timing of your cancellation request, you may receive one additional magazine after you send a cancellation request and this additional magazine will be included in the calculation of your refund as a magazine sent. A reasonable administration fee may also be charged and deducted from your refund to cover any credit card fees for processing the refund or for posting a refund cheque. 7. 3 Subscription Terms & Conditions Pay by the Month Subscriptions By subscribing to The Big Issue magazine you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Big Issue will supply at least two magazines per month to your nominated delivery address. Magazines will be delivered on a fortnightly basis, in accordance with each new edition released by The Big Issue. 2. The subscription price for each magazine will be $5 plus delivery charges of $1.20 per magazine within Australia. Your nominated account will be credited with per month for Australian subscribers. Overseas subscribers will be required to pay the following charges for delivery outside of Australia to reflect our additional postal costs: a. Asia/Pacific region: the subscription price for each magazine will be AUD$5 plus delivery charges of AUD$4 Your nominated account will be credited with $18.00 per month; or b. Rest of the world (excluding Australia and Asia Pacific region): the subscription price for each magazine will be AUD$5 plus delivery charges of AUD$5. Your nominated account will be credited with $20.00 per month. 3. Direct credit deductions will be made monthly on the anniversary date of your initial subscription purchase, in advance of delivery using your nominated credit card details. The authority to credit your account every month remains valid and your subscription will be automatically renewed each month unless you have advised us that you do not wish to continue your subscription to The Big Issue. 4. It is your responsibility to notify us if your direct credit account details change before your next billing date. If we are unable to credit your account for any reason, we will notify you and suspend delivery of subscriptions until the next direct credit is able to be processed. 5. 5 Subscription Terms & Conditions Event Ticket Subscriptions Your purchase of a ticket to The Big Conversation hosted by The Big Issue in Sydney (or other event as designated by The Big Issue from time to time) includes an annual subscription to The Big Issue magazine which will be administered with the following terms and conditions: 1. The Big Issue will supply 25 magazines to your nominated delivery address. Magazines will be delivered on a fortnightly basis, in accordance with each new edition released by The Big Issue. 2. 6 Subscription Terms & Conditions Limited Special Offer From time to time The Big Issue will provide a limited special subscription offer such as the 2012 Christmas Special Offer (or other limited special offer as designated by The Big Issue from time to time) includes an annual subscription to The Big Issue magazine which will be administered with the following terms and conditions: 1. The Big Issue will supply a magazine to your nominated delivery address in accordance with the special offer you have purchased: 4 month subscription - 8 magazines; Magazines will be delivered on a fortnightly basis, in accordance with each new edition released by The Big Issue. 2. The subscription price is: 4 month subscription - $49; Overseas subscribers will be required to pay the following charges for delivery outside of Australia to reflect our additional postal costs: a. Asia/Pacific region: the subscription price ($49) plus delivery charges of AUD$4 per magazine, being a total subscription price of: 4 month subscription - $81; b. Rest of the world (excluding Australia and Asia Pacific region): the subscription price ($49) plus delivery charges of AUD$5 per magazine, being a total subscription price of: 4 month subscription - $89; 1.
