2 Registration Procedure 1. Download free trial software from and install it on your server or workstation, or install it from CD-ROM 2. Make sure if you have the Software License Certificate (SLC) and RealShot Manager serial number 3. Go to Sony RealShot Manager registration website 4. Register your information 5. The license file is sent by 6. Put the license file to < C: Program Files Sony Realshot manager > same place as.exe file.

3 Install Software Download it from and install it, or install it from CD-ROM Choose mode Evaluation mode There are some limitations on Time, Camera number, and Functions. 30 days full function trial mode Even after expiration, it starts working after purchase the license One time 30-day full function trial period. After the expiration of this trial period, evaluation mode continues to function.

4 Software License Certificate Software License Certificate (SLC) is delivered to customer after purchase order. Purchase order SONY Customer Software License Certificate (SLC) Need these information for the registration process. - Model number - SLC serial number - Authorization code

6 Notice on registration Please register your information per recording server You need the license file on each recording server For example, you need the registration twice on following system First registration License Second registration License 8 cameras 2 Recording servers 1 client

7 How to register Go to on Confirm if you have following item RealShot Manager Software License Certificate RealShot Manager Serial Number Press OK

8 How to register Select type you need Version Upgrade Additional Licenses New Registration Input serial number of RealShot manager Press Next

9 New Registration 1. Number of Certificates Select number of Certificates* Press Next Notice * Please make sure your exact number of certificates per recording server

10 New Registration 2. Model Name, Serial, and Authorization Code Select model name Input serial number Input authorization code Press Next

11 New Registration 3. Your contact information Select I am an end-user or I am a reseller or Integrator Input your information address Full name Company name Address Phone number FAX number Press Next

12 New Registration 4. Your customer s information if you select Reseller or Integrator in previous form Check box if you want to send the license file to the customer s address instead of yours Input your information address Full name Company name Address Phone number FAX number Press Next

13 New Registration 5. Registration summary Check your registration summary Press Submit

14 New Registration 6. Complete registration If you want to proceed next registration for another system, press Registration another system

15 Additional Licenses 1. RSM version / Number of Certificates Select version of RealShot Manager you want to add licenses Select number of Certificates* Press Next Notice * Please make sure your exact number of certificates per recording server

16 Additional Licenses 2. Follow same flow as 2. ~ 6. of New Registration

17 Version Upgrade 1. Current version / Number of Certificates Select current version of RealShot Manager you are using Press Next 2. Follow same flow as 3. ~ 6. of New Registration

18 Receive License File and put it in PC The license file is sent by Put the license file to < C: Program Files Sony Realshot manager > that is same place as.exe file.
