9 Register MyLCI (1/5) New user of MyLCI - Before you can use MyLCI, you first have to register Click here to register

10 Register MyLCI (2/5) Enter your Member # Enter the characters you see. In this case, deltarandwick

11 Register MyLCI (3/5) What is recaptcha? ReCAPTCHA is a free service from Google that helps protect websites from spam and abuse. It is a test to tell human and bots (robot) apart. hl=en#

12 Register MyLCI (4/5) You have to enter your address, club name, first and last name and your phone # that MUST match the record in MyLCI database. Give your login username, password and address. Eg, you can use your member # as your user name. Select two security questions and give the answers in the fields next to the question. Click on the 2 checkboxes to agree on the Web Usage Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

15 MyLCI Home Page (1/3) What you see on your home page depends on your role (President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Director or Vice President) If you have multiple roles, then your district s role home page will be displayed as default after login. You can change to your club s role by clicking on the Select a different title at the top menu.

21 Support Center Support Center will display the resources and how do I List, depending on your selected current page. Eg : I am at the home page as a club secretary

22 Message Center Who you can send message to (Recipients) depends on your role (district or club level) Note: Recipents can only see the message after login to My LCI

28 My Tasks (1/2) Depending on your role in the club or district, there will be a list of tasks (View, Enter and Report) For Example: What is the difference?

29 My Tasks (2/2) Report No Membership Changes for Aug 2017: If you select Enter Membership Report for Aug 2017, it will display the Club s Membership list. You add new member or remove old member if there is a change in membership. If there is no change in membership, then just submit No Membership Changes for the month.

31 My Members (2/14) When you select Members from pulldown list of My Lions Club or More Membership from the Home page, your Club s Members list will be displayed.

38 My Members (8/14) Function Button - Create Family Unit : First you select the member who is the Head of Household and then select the member(s) who is eligible to be in Family unit

39 My Members (9/14) Function Button - Manage Family Unit : You can cancel the family unit, change the Head of Household, add/remove/edit member in the family unit

40 My Members (10/14) Monthly Membership Report: ü Click Report No Changes for Month -> August 2017 ü If you add new member or drop member for the month, then you don t see Report No Changes for Month for Aug 2017 in My Tasks

41 Test Do you have to wait till the deadline (25 th of each month) to submit your membership report?

42 My Members (11/14) Add Member: New Member, Returning Member or Transfer Member

43 My Members (12/14) Add New Member: Remember that what you enter in the member information section, you cannot change through edit member. You have to submit a change request.

44 My Members (13/14) Add Returning Members Enter member # or first name or last name, followed by Search

45 My Members (14/14) Add Transferring Member Enter member # or first name or last name and the club s name or #, followed by search

46 My Service Activities (1/10) Click on More Service Activities

47 Test Besides My Service Activities, where can you go to add the club service activity?

48 My Service Activities (2/10) The service activities list for the current month will be displayed To add a new activity, click Add Activity To change the month, go to Find Activities and select the Month

49 My Service Activities (3/10) To edit/delete past activity, select the month of the activity. Then select the function button. To edit existing activity To delete existing activity

50 My Service Activities (4/10) Add New Activity for the Fiscal Year :

51 My Service Activities (5/10) Add New Activity Enter the activity date: Just click on the Activity Date field to select the date from the popup calendar

52 My Service Activities (6/10) Signature Activity normally there is none but if your club does have a signature activity, then you can select from the Signature Activity list (but first you have to add your club s signature service) You can add your club s signature service activities by selecting Signature Service Activities from the Main Menu My Lions Club

53 My Service Activities (7/10) Add New Activity Select Activity Type

54 My Service Activities (8/10) Add New Activity Enter Activity Title, Activity Description, Number of Lions and Number of Lions Hours. Upload image if any.

55 My Service Activities (9/10) Service Report : First select the Month of the Service Activities and then click View/Print

56 My Service Activities (10/10) Download Service Activities Report of the selected month: A pdf file will be displayed in the browser as a separate tab Download and save into your computer

57 Update Current Year s Officers Select Officers from Main Menu There are 2 types of titles: LCI and Local To add your local title To add officer, choose the Title and then add Officer To remove Officer, choose the Title and then End Officer Term

58 Reports Select Reports from the pulldown list of My Lions Club

59 Action for Club s Officers Check Members Data Accuracy and Consistency ü Wrong and Missing address of members ü Wrong placement of contact # : home, mobile, work, etc ü Missing country code ü Entering new member information, use lower case except for the first letter of first name, middle name and last name. Eg, Ann Kang ü No duplication of address and mobile phone # Help new Officers to register MyLCI the exact Club s name, their names, telephone # that are in MyLCI database
