6 REMOTE ACCESS Type Arcremte.thearcbaltimre.rg in yur brwser and hit enter Dmain\user name yu must type baltimrearc\ befre yur user name (3 initials and birthdate) Example: baltimrearc\jlk1016 Yu can select ONE OF THE PROGRAMS frm the Wrk Resurces screen r yu can select ARC DESKTOPS 5 P a g e

9 SAVING DOCUMENTS Netwrk Drives Saving Files Only picture files that are backed up are lcated under Arcmedia. If yu have picture files and yu need them backed up, please save them under Arcmedia. If yu save files n any ther drive, they will nt be backed up. H: - User Directry. Only yu can see the files in this directry. These files are backed up nightly. N: - Department Directry. Thse in the department can see the files. These files are backed up nightly. P: - Arc Public Directry. Agency resurces & dcumentatin. These files are backed up nightly. ARCMEDIA - N netwrk drive assigned but yu d have access t it. Please speak t the Develpment Department befre saving files n the ARCMEDIA drive. Scanned Dcuments If yu have a Department Scan drive, these files will be deleted every Friday. Yu must scan and then mve the file where it shuld be saved immediately. C:\ - Lcal C Drive - Nthing shuld be saved n yur lcal c:\ drive. The files lcated here are nt backed up. PRINTING FROM ARCREMOTE If yu want t print lcally, make sure yur printer is selected lcally befre yu remte int ARCREMOTE. (see Check Printer sectin in this dcument t see if yur printer is cnnected t yur lcal printer) If yu want t print t printer at wrk, select file/print frm the menu f the prgram yu are wrking in and chse the wrk printer yu wuld like t print t. 8 P a g e

If smene sends an t yu that Mimecast believes is a virus r scam, Mimecast hlds it in the clud and will nt deliver it until yu release it. Yu can check yur Vacatin and Sick Time by Selecting Reprts Once yu are in the Reprt Tab, select My Accrual Balances and Prjectins and the As Of Date.
