1 Listing Manager 1 From the Main Menu locate the section called Manage Your Listings and click the Manage Listings button. This will bring you to the Listing Manager tool where you can add new listings, create a DEMO property site, or modify an existing website. Click here to add a new listing. 2 Listing Control Panel 2 Once you have a listing added, you can edit and promote it using the Listing Control Panel. For information on how to CREATE a property website, watch the Create a Property Website Video. In this PDF we will go over how to EDIT your Property Website. Here is where you send property feedback, check your Listing Stats, and remove a Listing. Here is where you can modify the property website URL and get your MLS safe link. 3 Navigating the Control Panel 3 Before we go through the different tools, let s take a quick look at how to navigate the property s Control Panel. The pencil icons will let you modify the address and domain The readiness meter lets you know if there is more to do. With this link you can preview your property site. This will get you back to the Main Menu with your Account Tools. This shows you which property you are editing This link will get you back to the listing control panel. This will allow you to select a different listing to edit. Here is a shortcut to add a new Listing. Another shortcut to your property stats.

4 Website Settings 4 The Website Settings is where you go to place your property site in to a coming soon mode. You can also password protect your site so that only people with the password can view it. From this tool you can also upgrade to a premium domain name or purchase a custom sign rider.

5 Domain Name 5 Using the Domain Name tool you can modify the unique URL for your listing. You can use this to direct prospects directly to your property information. From this tool you can also upgrade to a premium domain or purchase a custom sign rider. Use the drop down menu to see what other domain names you have access to.

6 Compliant Links 6 The Compliant Links tool is where you will find your MLS safe URL as well as direct links to the mobile version of your Property Website. This will remove all the branding information from the site to comply with MLS rules. You can also check out the mobile version of your property site by clicking here.

7 Order Sign Rider 7 You can purchase a custom sign rider for your property site at anytime. You can choose either a DOMAIN RIDER or a Smart Code Rider. You can also opt to add your property s unique QR Code added to your sign. We have several color options to choose from and pricing starts at $12.95 each.

8 Color Scheme 8 We offer you several color scheme options for your property websites. If you don t find one you like, give us a call and we will be happy to create a custom color scheme and graphic header for you for a one time setup fee of $ You can preview the color scheme by clicking the preview button and select the color by clicking the select button.

9 Graphic Header 9 We offer you loads of graphic header options for your property websites. If you don t find one you like, give us a call and we will be happy to create a custom color scheme and graphic header for you for a one time setup fee of $ Use the drop down menu to change categories.

10 Layout 10 The layout tool lets you change the layout of your property site.

11 Property Info 11 The Property Info Tool is where you will add/edit the primary features of the listing, e.g. price, type, size etc.

12 Remarks 12 This is where you add remarks about the property.

13 Photos 13 Photo Upload Uploading photos is very simple. You can add them one at a time our upload a ZIP folder containing all of your photos. This is a HUGE time saver! To upload a file, click select, browse for the file on your computer and then click Upload. This will automatically place the photo(s) into your website.

14 Photos 14 Photo Editor We include the ability to rotate your photo or add text banners. To edit a photo, you first must click the photo you wish to edit. Next, the photo will appear in the Photo Editor box. From here you can add a text banner by selecting one of our many options. To remove a banner, simply click the RESET button.

15 Photos 15 Photo Editor At the bottom of the Photo Editor page, you are given the option to edit your captions, rearrange the order in which the photos appear, and delete your photos. You must save each section for the edit to take place.

16 Document Vault 16 With our Document Vault tool you can upload any number of documents to your listing. You can also password protect your document vault so that only people with the password can view them. You can also request the visitors name an before showing them the documents. This is another great lead capture opportunity.

17 Open Houses 17 The Open Houses tool allows you to add the date and time of any upcoming open houses. This will place the open house information on your property site. Once the date passes, the alert will automatically be removed.

18 Map 18 The Map Tool allows you to re map your property. With this tool you can find the proper coordinates on the map and save the new location.

19 Listing Details 19 The Schools Tool will allow you to change the city for which schools will appear The External video tool will allow you to embed a YouTube video onto your property site The Virtual Tour Link will allow you to add a link to your property s virtual tour (if any). The Finance tool allows you to turn the financing page off.

20 Listing Syndication 20 Located under the Marketing Tools section, the Listing Syndication tool will allow you to opt-in to our Listing Syndication network.

21 eflyer 21 Our eflyer tool enables you to create flyers to post on craigslist. All of the property information is pulled automatically from your website. eflyer code is automatically generated for you. You can make changes to your eflyer using these drop down menus.

22 Agent Blast 22 The Agent Blast tool allows you to create flyers and send them to agents is a particular area. This tool is very helpful if you want to get the word out about a price reduction or an escrow cancellation. Our Agent Builder works just like our eflyer tool except instead of pasting the code into Craigslist, you paste it into the order form after you press this button.

23 QR Code (Listing) 23 Each property has a QR Code automatically generated. You can print this QR Code on sticker paper and add it to your business cards to hand out an your open house. You can also download the QR Code and include it in any print advertising that you do.

24 Professionally Printed 24 We also provide you the ability to purchase professionally Printed postcards and flyers. All of the listing information is pulled automatically from your website.

25 Smart Lead Capture 25 With Smart Lead Capture you can assign a Capture Code to each listing. When prospects text for more information about the property, you get instant lead alerts on your mobile device! To assign or reassign a capture code click the Smart Capture Code link from the Marketing Tools section or on the Smart Code Manager from the Main Menu.

26 Printable Flyer (PDF) 26 With our Printable Flyer PDF you can design and print a simple flyer to use for your Open House or in your flyer box.

27 Video Builder 27 The Video Builder tool enables you to create a cool video for your listing. This tool will automatically place the video on your website. Just follow the simple steps laid out in the builder tool.

28 Feedback 28 Our Feedback tool allows you to send requests for feedback to agents or buyers who have visited your listing. You can write your own questions or use our generic questions. Our program will save the responses and let you resend requests that have not been replied to.

29 Website Stats 29 With our Website Stats tool you can see how many people have visited your Property Site and where they came from. If you use Google Analytics you can include your GA account Number in our Account Tool called Google Analytics.
