2 This is our new client login page. Before entering your username, click on the check box next to I am using a private machine located right above the Username field (we recommend using a private device such as your personal computer and not a public device such as a library computer). Then enter your Username, Password, and click the Log On button. Covenant Trust Company 2

3 The first time you log in, you will see a Disclosure and Agreement screen. Click the Accept and Proceed to accept the terms of the site and proceed to the next step. Covenant Trust Company 3

4 The first time you log in on a new device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone) or browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) you will be asked to confirm your login: Check your for a message from OnlineSupport@CovenantTrust.com. It will look similar to the below. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. Covenant Trust Company 4

5 Clicking on the link in the will bring up a new browser window where you can change your password. Enter the password supplied to you under Current Password. Enter a new password and repeat that password in the appropriate entry fields. Passwords must be 8 to 20 characters long and include letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g.:! #? *). Click the Save Changes button. If your password is acceptable, you will receive a password changed successfully message. You can then click on the Home tab in the upper-left corner to view you account information. Covenant Trust Company 5

6 Tab Descriptions HOME Quick Summary is where you can find consolidated information (Total Market Value, Cash Balance, Total Unrealized Gain/Loss) for all of your Covenant Trust accounts Your Asset Allocation is where you can find consolidated Asset Allocation information for all of your Covenant Trust accounts Accounts Summary is where you can find the list of your Covenant Trust accounts. If you click the account number to the left, It pulls information for just that account in the Quick Summary and Your Asset Allocation. To pull up all accounts again, simply click the HOME button. POSITIONS All accounts will display at the same time unless they are filtered. If you want to filter on this page, choose the account from the dropdown in the top-left corner of the page, verify your desired as of date, then click the blue check box to the right. By Individual Assets shows individual holdings (description), shares (quantity), price, market value, cost, total unrealized gain/(loss), and yield. By Asset Class shows the same as by individual assets, but the asset class is bolded and totaled by market value, cost, and total unrealized gain/(loss) Export to CSV allows you to extract positions data to an Excel spreadsheet ACTIVITY This section shows your transactions. All accounts will display at the same time unless they are filtered. If you want to filter on this page, choose the account from the dropdown in the top-left corner of the page, verify your desired time period (default is 30 days), select desired transaction type (optional), then click the blue check box to the right. STATEMENTS & DOCUMENTS Starting in June 2017, statements will appear in this section. Starting in July 2017, a monthly performance report will be available in this section for each account. This will replace the performance page from our prior online access website. Starting in January 2018, Tax documents will be available here in addition to paper tax documents, for your convenience. MY PROFILE This section is your place to update your Innovue login preferences. is the contact needed for establishing a new device (used for multi-factor security verification). Security Question : Question - can be chosen from the dropdown available (22 questions exist). Answer this is case-sensitive so please set an answer that will be easy for you to remember. Security Image : can be chosen from the dropdown available (6 images exist). Security Phrase is just a word you think of to associate with the security image. You will not be prompted to enter this again, it merely serves as a match that you associate with the image. Covenant Trust Company 6
