2 1. DISCLAIMER This document describes the process to pass by the "Know your Customer" (KYC) process and contribute in Swapy Network token sale securely. Please, add the links disclosed at "Official Resources" section to your web browser favorites to avoid fake URLs, including the link to this document for your reference. Pay attention to our "Precautions" section and always refer to our Official Telegram Channel ( to double-check information. Every announcement and/or important information will be firstly disclosed there. Please, no one is allowed to represent Swapy or provide contribution address in our behalf. Do not trust anyone who asks you for contribution or says you will have any benefits contributing through them. There is no different way to contribute on Swapy Network token sale besides the Official Blockhaus Sales App. The URL is disclosed in this document at Official Resources section. 2. OFFICIAL RESOURCES See bellow our official resources. Please, add all these links to your web-browser favorites to avoid scam URLs. It is your responsibility to always check the links you are accessing to make sure they are official, as described in this document. 1. Official Telegram Channel ( Swapy Network Telegram Channel is the official resource for announcements and information regarding our token sale. There, only admins (Swapy Network co-founders) can send messages. Therefore, always refer to this channel as your most reliable resource to double-check information. To avoid scam, it is mandatory to join Swapy Network Telegram Channel. 2. Official Twitter ( Swapy Network Twitter is the official resource for every piece of information, such as business development news, technical improvements, cryptocurrencies/ico/blockchain related posts. To keep updated with the progress of our venture and to help us spread the word about Swapy, it is recommended to follow us on Twitter. 3. Official Telegram Group ( Swapy Network Telegram Group is the official resource for discussion between the community and the Swapy Core Team. There, everyone can send messages. You can identify admins looking for the word "admin" in the right side of the Telegram user name. If you have any doubts about the project, feel free to ask it directly in the Swapy Telegram Group. Do not refer to this group when looking for official information on Swapy Network token sale. See bellow a sample message from an admin.

3 4. Official Blog ( Swapy Network Blog is hosted by Medium.com and is the resource for you to refer when looking for information regarding our business and technical development. It is recommended to follow us there to keep updated about our project. 5. Official Website ( Swapy Network website is the richest resource for you to know our team. It contains all the documents needed (Whitepaper, Token Sale Terms and Condition, Token Sale Contribution Guide) as well as details about our token sale, team and project development. You can refer to our website to learn more about our token sale and project, but always refer to our Official Telegram Channel ( to double-check information before contributing. The official website is also the resource most targeted by scammers. In an event of website unavailability, please avoid searching for mirrors on search engines (Google, Baidu, Bing, Naver). It is common for scammers to attack a token sale website to make it unavailable after placing a bunch of ads on these search engines to scam people through fake websites. IMPORTANT: We do not have an official Subreddit for our token sale. Therefore, please disregard any information about Swapy you see on Reddit or similar websites. A Official Subreddit will be established after token sale to ease communication to the community. 3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PRECAUTIONS 1. Unfortunately, neither US citizens/residents or Chinese citizens/residents are not allowed to contribute in our Token Sale. We consulted lawyers from four different countries, including the affected ones, and they reached consensus that this precaution is need due to uncertainity of this jurisdictions regarding token sales and cryptocurrencies. Our sincere apologies. 2. The only way to contribute to our token sale is through the Blockhaus Sales app ( This means that we will not provide you any wallet or smart contract address. You will need to access the URL mentioned before to do you KYC and contribute to Swapy token sale. Pay attention to the website certificate containing the name "Centrality Limited [NZ]" and the URL. 4 3. Again, we will not provide you with an wallet or smart contract address. Never! 4. We suggest you to pass by the KYC process prior the token sale date to avoid delays on the approval. If you do not pre-register for KYC, you may be subject to miss the sales phases depending on the demand during our token sale. Refer to the "Know your Customer (KYC) steps" section as a guide. 5. Do not search for information about our token sale on the web. Only trust on existing information in our Official Telegram Channel ( 6. Do not trust on anyone who says that is from Swapy Team. During the token sale the team will only communicate through our Official Telegram Channel ( 7. Do not share your private key to anyone. 8. You will need to add the Metamask extension to your browser (Chrome or Firefox) or use the Brave Browser with the built-in Metamask. 9. We will not require you to download and install any extra software to participate in our token sale. Everything will be made online, decentralized, through the browser. 10. In an event of website unavailability, please refer to our Official Telegram Channel ( Please, join our Telegram prior to the token sale. Avoid searching for it on search engines or on Telegram app. Please, type the Telegram URL letter by letter to avoid scam URLs. 11. If the Telegram Channel is unavailable, please, wait for the service reestablishment. 12. Pay attention to the URL you are accessing. Read it letter by letter to make sure you are in the right place. The secure website certificate is not enough to make sure you are accessing a legit Swapy Network resource. Scammers usually take advantage of similar letters to create almost real URLs pointing to fake websites. Pay attention to the details. 13. Read our "Token Sale Terms and Conditions" and solve your doubts prior to your contribution. Make sure you agree with all the terms before contributing in our Token Sale. We do not allow you to proceed with your contribute if you disagree with any of the terms and conditions presented in the Swapy "Token Sale Terms and Conditions".

5 14. Read our Whitepaper and get to know our project prior to your contribution. We do not recommend you to proceed with your contribution if you did not read our Whitepaper. 15. You will not be able to transfer your SWAPYs until 2 (two) days after the end of our crowdsale for security reasons. 16. Considering the item (15), pay attention that, besides the official Blockhaus token sale app (tgeapp.com), as described in this document, no one will be selling SWAPY tokens during presale and crowdsale phases. SWAPY tokens will be only transferrable two days after the end of the crowdsale. 4. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) STEPS Please, pass by the KYC process prior to the Token Sale date to avoid delays on your acceptance due to high demand. If you do not register upfront, you will be subject to miss our Token Sale phases. See bellow instructions to properly finish registering for KYC. After finishing the process, you will receive an confirming that your request is under analysis. After the risk assessment by our partner (Blockhaus), you will receive an approval or disapproval decision to contribute in our Token Sale. The KYC process is composed by a Anti-Money Laundering (AML) step needed to avoid people to use our Token Sale to money laundering or other illegal activities. If you face any problem during the KYC registration, please, first check our "KYC Troubleshooting" subsection by the end of the current section. If you still do not find an answer for you problem, feel free to reach us out through the <tge@swapy.network>. There are two different profile types to register for in the KYC process. In the first step you must choose between registering as an Individual or registering as a Company. Both flow are very similar. In this guide we will cover how to register for KYC from the beginning to the end.before starting, please, have in hands your identity card (country's issued ID, passport, or driver license) and a proof of address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or other) to avoid delays. If you take too much time to complete the steps, your session may expire and you will be required to restart the process, so it is important to read the guide and solve your doubts. 4.a. Step 1 - Defining your profile type: In the first step the contributor must identify himself as an individual or organization. In this step, you should also read and agree with the Blockhaus Token Sale app "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy". Follow the links at bottom of the page, and after reading the texts, choose the option related to you. In the current section, we assume that you have chosen to proceed as an Individual. See below the screen that relates to the first step.

6 4.b. Step 2 - Creating your account: The second step consists of providing your and choosing a password to create your account in the Blockhaus Token Sale app. Pay attention that your password must have at least 15 characteres. Then, submit the form clicking the button "Next". After that, you will receive a link in your to confirm your account. The template of the you will receive should looks like the one below:

7 After clicking the black button "Verify", you will be redirected to a webpage in the Blockhaus Token Sale web app. If everything work as expected, you will receive an message confirming that you was verified successfully similarly to the image below: 4.c. Step 3 - Verifying your phone number: In this step you must provide your full mobile phone number and click in the "Send" button. You will receive a validation code in your phone.

8 You will have 60 seconds to type this code into the text box that will appear in the screen and click the "Verify" button. If you type the right code, the "Verify" button will turn into a green "Verified" button. After doing that, just click the "Next" button to proceed to the next step. 4.d. Step 4 - Filling your profile In this step you will need to type your First Name, Last Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, Occupation, the source of the funds you will use to contribute in Swapy Network Token Sale, the size of your investment, your annual income, your net worth and contact information of someone who can confirm the origin of your source of funds. This last field is recommended for everyone who is able to provide such information to increase the chances to get accepted but it is only required for those who want to state their status of accredited investors. If filling

9 the last field of this form, provide either the phone number or the contact of your Accountant, Lawyer or other Trustee referee. For your date of birth, prefer to select the day, month and year instead of typing the numbers to avoid formatting mistakes. 4.e. Step 5 - Verifying your identity As previously mentioned, it is important to have your id document on hands. In the "Start ID verification" button. In the next screen you will need to choose your citizenship/residency country and then choose what type of ID you have in hands to verification.

10 Most countries have as options the Passport, Identity Card, or Driver's license. Others, just have the Passport or Identity Card. After choosing your country, click in the ID type you would like to provide for verification. Depending on you selection, you will need to provide both sides of you ID document: front and back. You will have the option to take pictures of your ID document right from your webcam or upload a picture of you ID document right from your computer. If you take too long to send your document pictures, your session may expire and you should be subject to restart the whole KYC process. If uploading an already existing picture, pay attention that only JPG and PNG formats are allowed. Your files must be no larger than 8MB, but it is recommended to go as low as 5MB. Pay attention that this process may repeat if the document type you select requires both back

11 and front sides' pictures. If you face errors when uploading your file, see our "KYC Troubleshooting" subsection to get information about your error before reaching us out for support. If taking a picture of your document right from your webcam, pay attention that you will need to click the "Allow" button to authorize your web browser to access your webcam as a feature. After that, you will see the image of your camera in the left side and a sample image to show how you should take the picture, holding your ID card with your own hands. Finally, click the "Take image" button to take the picture and then click the "Continue" button to proceed. Pay attention that this process may repeat if the document type you select requires both back and front sides' pictures.

12 To finish the ID verification, you will need to provide a recent picture of your face. We will match the one in your ID with the one you provide during the verification process. The ID verification may take a while, so just wait a bit for the confirmation. After the verification, you will proceed to the "Proof of Address" step. 4.f. Step 6 - Submitting your Proof of Address: In this step you will need to provide your residential address by searching your location as you do in any other app that has this feature. Then, select your country of residency and a type of proof of address document you would like to provide. After that, you will be required to upload a picture of your Proof of Address document by clicking in the black button "Select File" right

13 below the last form field (Proof of Address Document Type). The recommended types of document for this step are "Utitlity Bill" and "Bank Statement". 4.g. Step 7 - Providing your wallet address This is the last step in the KYC process. Here you will have the option to generate a new ERC20-compatible Ethereum wallet or to use an existing one. If you are providing an already established wallet, please, make sure your wallet is ERC20-compatible. If you are not sure about it, we recommend you to generate a new Ethereum wallet from MYETHERWALLET.COM. Please, type the address letter by letter and make sure you are in the right website by checking the URL and their certificate "MYETHERALLET LLC [US]" as shown in the image below to avoid accessing a fake website. Please, pay attention to do not get pished in this step. We are not allowed to give you instructions on how to create and store

14 a wallet securely. There are plenty of tutorials online you can refer to by just googling the topic. We strongly recommend you to read one of them prior to your contribution. It is your responsibility to keep your private key secure. Pay attention: Never share your private key to anyone! You can also use the wallet generated by the KYC tool if you feel comfortable to it. In this case, rembember to save the generated public key, private key, and seed phrase. If you do not save these information, you will not be able to use your wallet to redeem your SWAPYs later. In case you think it is not the best way to create a wallet, please, do it yourself the way you prefer and choose the "Use existing address" option instead of the "Generate address" option. It is your responsibility to learn how to securely create and store an ERC20-compatible Ethereum wallet prior to your contribution in Swapy Network Token Sale. 4.h Final - Saving your profile After submitting the form in the last step, your profile will be saved and submitted for review.

15 You will receive a message explaining that you need to wait for KYC analysis and then will receive a approval/disapproval . It may take a while if KYC registration is facing high demand. During the contribution process, you will need to add your wallet to the Metamask extension to contribute from it. Attention: We will never ask you to transfer ETH directly to a wallet or smart contract to participate in Swapy's Token Sale. When your profile gets analyzed and you get approved in our KYC process, you will receive an similar to the image below. There, you will find an "login" button that will redirect you to the contribution page. You will need to provide your and password to log in and proceed with your contribution. To learn how to contribute after being accepted in our KYC process, please, read the "How to contribute" section.

16 Pay attention that we only require you to validate your (by sending an confirmation link to the provided) and your mobile phone number (by sending a code via SMS). Also, we just send you two s during the entire process: (1) to confirm your ; (2) to confirm you approval in our KYC process. When receiving s from us, please, before clicking any link or button verify which domain has sent the to you. Scammers may try to send fake s that are much similar to ours, so it is a mandatory step to avoid get scammed. We only send s from <contact@swapy.network> and from <no-reply@tgeapp.com>. 4.i. Troubleshooting ID Verification via Webcam: If you take too long to allow your browser to access your webcam, you will need to get back to the previous screen and select choose again between webcam or uploading the picture. The same error will occur if you take a wrong or low quality picture of your ID.

17 ID Verification via uploading: If you try to upload a file larger than (or much closer to) 8MB size, or if you try to upload a file with a extension different than JPG or PNG, you will be subject to receive the following error. To avoid that, try to reduce the number of pixels or compress your picture in an image editor software (desktop or online). Just search on the web and you will find plenty of tools available for you to choose.

18 Session expired: There is a time limit for you to pass by the ID verification process. If you take too long, your session will expire and you will need to restart the KYC process from the beginning. Therefore, we recommend you to take the pictures you need (ID, face, and proof of address) before starting the KYC process. Get stucked in a specific step: Depending on how long you take to complete the KYC process, you may get stuck in one specific step. If this happens, we recommend you to restart the KYC process from the beginning. To do so, please, clear your browser cache and access again our KYC link provided at the beginning of the section 3 of this document. If none of these tips help you to complete our KYC process, please contact us for help at <tge@swapy.network>. 5. HOW TO CONTRIBUTE In this section we will guide you through the contribution process. To be eligible to contribute in Swapy Network Token Sale you will need to first get approved in our KYC process. If you have not registered to KYC, please, do it as soon as possible. Follow our guide in the previous "Know your Customer (KYC) steps" section. 5.a. Step 1 - Login After completing the KYC process, your profile will get analyzed. If approved, you will receive an approval . It may take a while if we are facing a high demand, so, please sign up for KYC in advance. See below the you will receive when approved:

19 After clicking in the "login" button, you will be redirected to ( You will need to fill the text inputs with you and you password, created in the beginning of the KYC process to log in the contribution section.

20 5.b. Step 2 - Managing your profile After logging in the contribution section, you will see your profile details. The most important information in this screen is the address of your Ethereum wallet. To contribute in our Token Sale you will need to use a wallet within the Metamask extension. You can either import your wallet to Metamask (if you feel comfortable with this approach) or create a Metamask wallet and transfer your contribution funds to it. We recommend you to keep your main funds away from the wallet you will use for contribution, since it is a hot wallet. Therefore, it would be safer to use that hot wallet just for contribution purpose. After the token sale you will be able to withdraw your SWAPY tokens from the wallet used for contribution purposes.

21 There is also the option to invite people to contribute in our Token Sale either through or referrer link. Pay attention that these invitations are volunteer and we do not reward you for bring in more people. Also, we do not allow you to promise profits or any financial gains to other people. Our token is not proposed as an investment. For more information on that, read our Terms and Conditions. 5.c. Step 3 - Contributing to SWAPY token sale To start contributing to our Token Sale, please, refer to the top menu (in black) and click in the link "Investment". Again, we would like to restate that SWAPY tokens are not proposed as an investment, although the Blockhaus sales app uses this word. If the wallet address you provided is not the one active in your Metamask extension, or if your Metamask is not set to use the Ethereum Mainnet, or your Metamask is locked, you will see a similar notice as the one below:

22 After setting everything up, you will need to sign a message with your metamask to confirm you have access to the private key of the address you provided. After configuring your wallet as expected, you will arrive the Contribution screen at the Purchase tab as default. If you do not have ETH in your wallet, you will need to firstly fund your wallet before contributing. Then, you will be able to select the "SWAPY" token in the field "Token Name". The field Price you show you how much a SWAPY costs. The field Remaining Tokens will show how many tokens are available in that sales phase. The field ETH Cost / ETH Balance you show you what is the price of the a SWAPY in ETH, and your wallet balance

23 in ETH. With those values in mind, you will be able to select the amount of SWAPYs you would like to purchase. See figure below as a reference. You will need to read and agree with our Token Sale Terms and Conditions before proceeding. 5.d. Step 4 - Managing your contribution The Blockhaus sales tool also have other tools for you in the Contribution screen. Pay attention that there are two other tabs besides the Purchase one. They are three in total: (1) Account; (2) Purchase; (3) Transactions. In (1) Account, you will be able to check your the ETH and SWAPY balance (after contributing), for the specific address configured in the sales tool under your profile. You will also be able to deposit or withdraw your ETH and SWAPY tokens, and see the history of deposit and withdraw transactions made inside the sales app for that address.

24 The tab (2) Purchase was already covered in the previous subsection. In (3) Transactions, you will be able to check all the transactions you have made inside the sales tool, that is related to your profile, regardless of which ETH address is active in your account. 6. CONCLUDING REMARKS As concluding remarks, the Swapy team would like to reinforce that it is your entire responsibility to previously learn how to secure your wallet and read about the best practices to contribute to a token sale. Also, we would like to restate that we recommend you to register for KYC in advance to avoid delays due to a possible high demand during our presale and crowdsale phases. It is mandatory to read and agree with our Token Sales Term and Conditions prior to contribution. SWAPY tokens will only be sold through the Blockhaus sales tool. Definitely, no Airdrops. Do not trust in anyone who say is from our team. Always check information in our Telegram Announcements Channel ( We are working hard for you to experience a smooth contribution process.
