1 Congrats! Now that you've registered for TripSource, your trip information is immediately accessible just tap "Trips. Though the app is very user friendly, we ve put together some tips and tricks to help you get the most out of TripSource! Trips All of your upcoming trips are loaded in a single organized view Messages - Relevant notifications before, during, and after your journey Flight Search - Search and view flight schedules Hotel Booking - Book your own accommodations, we ll help you stay within company guidelines Account - Customize your experience to your liking This guide is focused on the TripSource app, but TripSource can be accessed from any device or computer (see page 8). To register for TripSource, you must have booked a trip with BCD Travel.

2 Ready, set, travel Trips booked through BCD Travel, are automatically loaded. Note: it may take up to 30 minutes to see your trip after booking. After registering, your itinerary will automatically appear in an organized trip folder. Swipe to the left to view future trips and to the right to view past trips (stored for 60 days). Add details like meetings, conferences, dinners, and ground transportation. Import reservations made outside of BCD Travel by forwarding your travel confirmation s to Tap on the trip folder to display individual trip cards. Share your itineraries with colleagues and loved ones. Keep them updated on specific trips or add them as a follower to receive updates on all your scheduled trips. Hotel booking best selection, company preferred hotels, easy booking. Search flights - search and view flight schedules. Details, details, details Individual cards will display all of the details you need to navigate each segment of your trip: confirmation numbers, phone numbers, addresses, and a map if you need directions.

4 The sky s the limit Our built-in flight search gives you the freedom to create your ideal itinerary. Just set your origin, destination, and date. We ll do the rest! You can sort and filter the results according to your preferences!
