2 Initial Login Screen: You ll begin by entering your PCCU member (account) number (four to six digits in length), and then press submit. Even if you have previously changed your login name in the old online banking, you ll still need to log in for the first time with your member number. Enter your account number here the first time you login.

3 Password Screen: You ll enter your current password from the old online banking in the box labelled PCCU All Ways Password, and then press submit. The text that says, Please verify your personal image! For security purposes., may be safely ignored on this initial login. You ll choose an image in several steps, but during this initial login it is displaying a random image. Enter your old online banking password here on your first login.

4 Online Agreement: This will take you to the Online Agreement, which you will read through and then click the box at the bottom that acknowledges that you agree to the terms and conditions of use. You can also click print to have your computer print out a copy of it if you d like. Then click the Accept button in the bottom right hand corner. Click in this box to agree to the terms above.

5 You ll then need to create a new ID that will serve as your login from here on out with both Online and Mobile banking. This keeps you from having to enter your account number in future logins, and increases your security. The new ID must conform to these rules, which will pop up next to the entry box, they are: - It must be between six and 20 characters long. - It must start with a letter. - It may contain numbers. - It may not contain special characters, for example:!@#$. John55 would work, but neither 55John, nor John$5 would work. Once you ve entered a new ID that follows these rules, write it down, and click continue below: Enter your new PCCU All Ways ID in this box.

6 You ll then need to enter your current password, that you had used above, in the first box. Then you ll need to create a new password that follows these rules and enter it into the second and third boxes: - It must be between six and twenty characters long. - It must not repeat the same character(s) more than two times. - It may contain any of the following special characters:!#$%&(*)+,-/;<=>?[\]^_ { } - It may not contain any of these special characters: ~@`: - It must contain one alpha character (a,b,c,a,b,c, etc.) and one non-alpha character (7,8,9!,#,$, etc.). - It may not be any of your three previous passwords. Once you have entered and confirmed the new password Enter click the your continue old button at the bottom. password in this top box. Enter a new password in this box. Re-type your new password in this box.

7 You will then be required to select a Personal Icon, which will be shown during the login process for Online Banking in the future. This helps to prevent a fraudulent spoof of the online banking website, as you won t see that icon on a faked version of the website. You can scroll through the many images available, using the Next and Previous buttons, until you find one that you like. You ll click on that image, which will highlight it, and then click Submit. After you ve clicked on an image you like, it should appear in this box. You can then click Submit.

8 This screen explains a bit about one of the security features in the new Online Banking. Notice in the bottom left hand corner is an icon, on your computer it should be the same one you selected in the previous screen. Once you ve read through it, you can click continue.

9 Now you will select three different security questions you will be asked in the future if the program needs to verify that it is you attempting to log in. Try to select questions that you are sure of the answers. You will fill in those responses in the Answer spaces. Note that the answers are not case sensitive, meaning you may use any combination of upper and lower case letters (i.e. JONES = Jones = jones, etc.). When you have selected all three questions and filled in their answers you will click the Submit button below. Fill in your answers to the Questions in these boxes. Use the drop down lists to choose security questions that are easy for you to remember the answers to.

10 You ll then be asked to confirm that the questions and answers match. If so, click the Confirm button below. If not, click the Edit button and you ll be able to make changes.

11 You ll then be taken to a confirmation screen to show that your selections have been saved. You may then click the Continue button below to go on to the next screen.

12 Next, you ll need to enter the address we have on file for you, or if that is no longer current, you may enter a different address that will be updated in our new system. Then you will set a Password Reset Question and Answer that you may use in the future if you forget your password, you will be able to automatically reset it by answering the question correctly. Try to make it something that only you would know, but that you will remember. For example, your question could be, What was your first car?, or What was your first pet s name?, with answers like impala ; or Spike. Once you entered the address, Password Reset Question, and Password Reset Answer click the Submit button at the bottom. 13 Then you ll hit the landing page, where you ll be able to see your account balances, both for shares and loans. The Select Option drop down boxes to the right of each account balance are shortcuts you can use to show transactions done on the account, download info about the account [in Microsoft Money (OFX), Personal Finance (QIF), Spreadsheet (CSV), or Word Processing (TXT) formats], do transfers, and retrieve more account information (i.e. Dividends Paid YTD, Dividends Paid Last Year, etc.). You can also use the tool bar at the top to go to Bill Pay, estatements, Settings, Services (like ealerts, Loan Applications, Holds from Pending Debit Card Transactions, Skip A Pay for loans, etc.). You can also go to the Dashboard feature, which allows you to set up the information you re seeing in the order and format you find most useful, and then set that as your landing page upon login. The Services tab will take you to the History Bridge which has account history from 12/1/15 to 2/29/16.

14 Once you re finished, you can log out by clicking the red Log Out button in the top right corner.

15 This will take you to the log out landing page below so that you know you have completely logged out. You should make it a habit to use the Log Out button and wait for the landing page to come up to better protect your account from the next person using your computer.

16 Future Login Info Initial Login Screen: After you ve registered for the new Online Banking the next time you d like to log in, you ll begin by entering the PCCU All Ways ID that you created in your initial login and then press submit. Enter your PCCU All Ways ID here to login.

17 Password Screen: You ll enter your current password in the box labelled PCCU All Ways Password, and then press submit. As the text says, Please verify your personal image! For security purposes., make sure it is displaying the image you selected during your initial login. This is to verify that you are on our site, and not a fraudulent site trying to spoof ours. Enter your new online banking password here.
