Go to Complete the form and click Register. Your registration approval will be responded to within - working days. You will receive an confirming your registration is complete. 4. If for any reason your registration is declined due to incorrect information provided you will be informed by . To correct this, simply log into the website and log in with the and password you created. You can then edit your details and re-submit. Logging into the Distributor Zone 1. Go to Click on Sign in at the top of the page. Log in using your and password you registered with 4. You will be taken to the Distributor Zone home screen Updating your profile 1. Your first step is to update your online profile. This is very important because this information is presented on your personal Distributor page. Your Distributor page will appear in the search results.. Click on My Profile and complete the information.. At the end of your personal profile you will see that you can customise your own Herbalife Active URL for you to share and market. Page 1

2 Registering for a Challenge 1. Click on My Challenges. You will be shown available challenges. Click on Sign up. You will be asked if you are sure you wish to sign up for the Challenge. Click Sign up to confirm Registering a Participant 1. Go to My Participants. Click on the Add New Participant button. Complete all the Participant details and select Add 4. You will find your participant listed under My Participants. Page

3 Connecting a Participant to a Challenge 1. Go to My Participants. Next to the Participant you have just added, select Challenges in the Manage column 1. You will be presented with the available challenges for that participant. Click Enter to add them to the challenge. 4. Complete all the Challenge entry details, including the starting measurements and starting image. Please ensure you have read the Guidelines, Participant Terms and Conditions and received consent form from your participant. 5. Click Update 4 5 Page

You will then be taken to that Participant s Challenge screen where you can View progress, Add progress Measurement or Edit user details. 5 Adding a measurement When you connect your participant to a challenge, you have already entered their initial measurements and don t need to resubmit. But when you follow up with a participant and wish to record their progress, you can enter additional measurements. 1. Go to My Participants. Select Manage Challenges next to that participant s name 1 Page 4

5 . Select Add Measurement 4. Enter the measurements and click Update 4 5. You will be taken back to the Participant screen. Viewing Progress 1. On your participant screen, select View Progress. On this screen you can view the participant progress, and carry out the following actions: a. Edit challenge details (available during registration period only) b. Add a measurement c. Remove participant from challenge a b c Page 5

6 Editing participant personal details 1. Select My Participants. Select Edit next to that participant s name 1. Edit the participant details and click Update 4 Submitting final measurements After the participants 90 days are complete, you will receive an asking you to submit their final measurements, upload final photo and enter the participant into the Challenge category for judging. 1. Select My Participants. Click on Challenges next to the Participant name. You will be presented with the Challenges available for that participant. Click on Submit Entry. This option will not be available until the participant s full 90 days are complete. Page 6

7 4. You will be taken to the submission form. Complete the final entry details: a. Pick category for Challenge entry b. Enter measurements c. Upload finishing photo 5. Click Update 4a b c 5 6. Once submitted, you will be returned to My Participants screen and the entry shows as complete. 6 Page 7
