1 SBI Mingle Mobile App User Manual 1. Registration i. SBI Facebook User Registration SBI customer who has a facebook account need to follow the below steps for Registration process Download SBI Mingle application from playstore/appstore On Launching SBI Mingle application the registration page will open and two options will be displayed, Register as USER and MERCHANT. For SBI Facebook User Registration click on USER icon. On clicking user, Facebook validation screen will open on the user mobile o In case the user is already logged in facebook mobile application, system will auto detect the user profile and ask for user confirmation o In case the user is not logged in facebook mobile application or does not have the facebook mobile app on mobile it will ask for facebook credentials After successful validation from Facebook, User has to enter the SBI ATM/Debit Card details (Debit card number, Expiry month year, Debit card PIN number) and click on validate button. On successful validation of User Debit Card and PIN details, OTP will be send to User s SBI registered mobile number received on the User s mobile Upon successful validation of OTP, User will be prompted to enter and confirm 6-digit numeric login password Once entered and submitted the User is successfully registered in SBI Mingle mobile application Next on, the User has to login into the application directly through the 6- digit numeric password

Merchant User Registration SBI customer / Merchant who has a business and wants to accept payments from customer directly into his/her SBI account through SBI Mingle need to follow the below steps for Registration process Download SBI Mingle application from playstore/appstore On Launching SBI Mingle application the registration page will open and two options will be displayed, Register as USER and MERCHANT. For SBI Merchant User Registration click on MERCHANT icon In Merchant registration page enter MERCHANT SHOP NAME and select SHOP TYPE Note: Users paying to the merchant will see the Shop name details entered here Mingle App will automatically detect the location of the Merchant shop or business location and Merchant has to confirm it Note: Users paying to the merchant will see the shop location details captured here Merchant has to then enter the SBI ATM/Debit Card details (Debit card number, Expiry month year, Debit card PIN number) and click on validate button. On successful validation of Merchant Debit Card and PIN details, OTP will be send to Merchant s SBI registered mobile number received on the Merchant s mobile Upon successful validation of OTP, Merchant will be prompted to enter and confirm 6-digit numeric login password Once entered and submitted the Merchant is successfully registered in SBI Mingle mobile application

3 Next on, the Merchant has to login into the application directly through the 6digit numeric password. iii. Guest User Registration Users who do not have an SBI account can register as Guest User in the application Note: Users who have received P2P payment or Split n Share request from SBI Mingle but do not have an SBI account has to register as Guest. Download SBI Mingle application from playstore/appstore On Launching SBI Mingle application the registration page will open and two options will be displayed, Register as USER and MERCHANT. For SBI Guest User Registration click on USER icon. On clicking user, Facebook validation screen will open on the user mobile o In case the user is already logged in facebook mobile application, system will auto detect the user profile and ask for user confirmation o In case the user is not logged in facebook mobile application or does not have the facebook mobile app on mobile it will ask for facebook credentials After successful validation from Facebook, User will be asked for Debit Card details, where there is an option to skip and select Not with SBI yet User has to enter his / her primary mobile number An OTP will be sent to the mobile number which he / she has to validate Upon successful validation of OTP, User will be prompted to enter and confirm 6-digit numeric login password

4 Once entered and submitted the User is successfully registered in SBI Mingle mobile application Next on, the User has to login into the application directly through the 6- digit numeric password. 2. Forgot Password: Incase User do not remember the password for login into the application, User can reset the password using the Forgot password functionality. On Login page click on Forgot password. User has to re-enter the SBI ATM/Debit Card details (Debit card number, Expiry month year, Debit card PIN number) and click on validate button. On successful validation of User Debit Card and PIN details, OTP will be send to User s SBI registered mobile number The system has a capability to detect the OTP automatically once the SMS is received on the User s mobile Upon successful validation of OTP, User will be prompted to re-set and confirm 6-digit numeric login password. 3. Easy Pay Under Easy Pay Option User can send money or transfer funds through the options Own Accounts, Beneficiary Account, Facebook friend, Mobile contacts

5 i. Own Account: Under Own Account, User has to select Debit Account and Credit Account User enters amount and clicks on Continue button. An OTP will be sent to User SBI registered mobile number Upon successful validation of OTP, the transaction will be initiated and User will be prompted with the message for the transaction ii. Beneficiary Account: Under Beneficiary Account, User will be prompted the list of beneficiaries added in SBI Internet Banking for both Inter and Intra Beneficiary User has to select Debit Account and Credit Beneficiary Account User enters amount and clicks on Continue button. An OTP will be sent to User SBI registered mobile number Upon successful validation of OTP, the transaction will be initiated and User will be prompted with the message for the transaction Note: In case User does not have any beneficiary in INB or does not have SBI INB facility, can add / modify / delete beneficiaries from SBI Mingle Web Application on Facebook Desktop

6 iii. Facebook friend: Under Facebook Friend, User will be able to see his facebook friends who are also on SBI Mingle. Note: To add more facebook friends under Easy Pay option, kindly send App Invite to all facebook friends. User has to select the debit account number and the facebook friend whom he wants to pay. User enters amount and clicks on Continue button. Upon confirmation, a Payment id, Secret code and share option will be promoted to the User Note: Receiver Facebook Friend has to verify and enter the payment id and secret code details to redeem the transaction User can use the Share option to share the details with the receiver facebook friend An SMS notification will be sent to the sender and Facebook notification will be sent to the receiver on his/her facebook Receiver has to register and login in Mingle and can redeem the amount to his / her SBI or any other Bank account validating the Payment id, Secret code. iv. Mobile contact: Under Mobile contact, User will be able to see his entire mobile contact list User has to select the debit account number and the mobile contact whom he wants to pay. User enters amount and clicks on Continue button. Upon confirmation, a Payment id, Secret code and share option will be promoted to the User Note: Receiver has to verify and enter the payment id and secret code details to redeem the transaction User can use the Share option to share the details with the mobile contact SMS notification will be sent to both the sender and the receiver

7 Receiver has to register and login in Mingle and can redeem the amount to his / her SBI or any other Bank account validating the Payment id, Secret code 4. Pay Merchant: SBI Mingle User has an option to Pay a merchant directly from his / her SBI account. User has to follow the steps User can locate a SBI Mingle Merchant through the map view and get direction to reach the merchant. Once User is at the merchant shop or merchant stall, User can search the merchant based on the merchant s registered mobile number Once selected, User has to select his / her debit account and enter amount An OTP will be sent to User SBI registered mobile number Upon successful validation of OTP, the transaction will be initiated and User will be prompted with the message for the transaction Merchant can immediately check the status of transaction in Mingle mini statement option 5. Merchant Offers: SBI Mingle Merchant has an option to Post an Offer so that Mingle Users around the shop area can view Merchant s offers. After Login, Merchant can create offer under Favorite menu Click on Add Offer to enter % off and short Offer details Offer details will be seen by Mingle Users around the area Merchant can also change the offers under same menu User can locate a SBI Mingle Merchant and the Offers posted through the map/list view and get direction to reach the merchant.
