10 What s new in NA Rewards: Reporting Login Reporting is updated real-time; all other reports are updated nightly. To view your available R3 budget, begin issuing a recognition and your budget meter will display.

11 R3 Activity Reporting You may change the type of chart to display, as well as the filters (date, organization, etc.) for the report. You may also extract a copy of all report details in Excel. Or, to have this specific report prepopulate on your next visit, click Add to My Reports.

14 R3 Associate Recognition Program Refresh Peer to peer recognition where associates and leaders can use ecards to send a thank you or a good job to another associate Recognize People leaders can recognize their associates or associates in other functions utilizing PerQs (points) Reward Nomination process where leaders can nominate individuals or teams for significantly impacting the business and achieving excellence

15 Refresh: Peer to Peer Recognition Use ecards (customized to represent our Leadership Behaviors and 6Ps) to recognize peers for their contribution to team success or for their individual support and impact Earn badges (badges started fresh with upgraded platform) There will be a monthly Refresh sweepstakes where all associates receiving a peer-to-peer recognition will be entered into a drawing Winners will be drawn from each org unit with a budget proportionate to number of associates receiving recognition Encourage peer to peer recognition

16 Recognize: Manager to Associate Recognition People leaders can use ecards along with PerQs to recognize their teams as well as associates outside their direct report group Guardrails to prevent unintended consequences Direct manager of the recognizing people leader and receiver will receive a copy of the recognition Structure the manager to associate recognition against defined actions and contributions with 1,000 maximum PerQs per recognition Awards above 1,000 PerQs must go through the Rewards process Pool of PerQs will sit at an org unit level low enough to limit the number of associates participating within each pool, but high enough to have enough points to be able to provide meaningful awards Points are added monthly to the budget pool People Leaders will use the same process to give Manager-to-Associate Recognition as Refresh Recognition, but will have the opportunity to add PerQs

17 Reward: Top Recognition Level for Achieving Excellence The Reward level is a nomination process where people leaders can nominate individuals or teams for significantly impacting the business and achieving excellence 10,000 PerQs Level Criteria Results that exemplify creativity, innovation, initiative and leadership with: Significant financial impact on revenue, OCM, value creation or Significant contribution that impacted programs, processes or objectives 5,000 PerQs 2,000 PerQs Results that have high impact on business objectives, programs or projects Impact crosses functional lines Achievement has significant impact in direct support of customers and business needs Execution demonstrating excellence toward completion of a project or initiative of critical importance above and beyond day to day responsibilities Impacts department results with improved operational quality or efficiency or enhanced business image Each quarter, a cross-functional committee reviews nominations submitted and determines reward level Not every entry will win at the Gold, Silver, Bronze level (Committee may decide a manager discretionary level award is more appropriate)

18 How to Issue Recognition Click on the Send Recognition tile to send a recognition.

19 How to Issue Recognition: Promotion Selection Refresh Recognize Reward

20 How to Issue Recognition: Select Recipients Type in the last name of the associate you want to recognize and click add by the correct name (you may recognize multiple recipients at the same time if you wish). Please note: you may need to scroll down the list of names to find the one you re looking for. When all of your intended recipients have been added, click the Done Adding button.

21 How to Issue Recognition: Manager to Associate Your available budget will display. Budgets are typically shared amongst a small group of people leaders and are refreshed on the first business day of each month. Click Calculate Award to get started.

22 How to Issue Recognition: Manager-to-Associate The system will help you select an appropriate amount of PerQs to award, based on the effort and impact of the behavior being recognized. Select from the Impact and Initiative dropdowns, click Save, and choose the number of PerQs you d like to award from the range provided.

23 How to Issue Recognition: Select an ecard Select an ecard representing the Leadership Behavior that you are recognizing by clicking on the ecard image, or click the box by Don t include ecard if you do not wish to include an ecard with your recognition.

24 How to Issue Recognition: Select a Behavior Click the Select a Behavior dropdown and choose a Leadership Behavior or one of the 6Ps (Note: Manager to Associate does not contain 6Ps as an option; only Leadership Behaviors

25 How to Issue Recognition Type your recognition in the Comments box, and enter the address of anyone else who should receive a copy of the notification (the recipient s direct manager will automatically be copied). Select a Secondary Behavior if desired. For Refresh: Peer to Peer only, recognitions will be displayed on the Public Recognition tile on the homepage. If you d prefer that your recognition not be displayed publicly, click Make This Recognition Private. Then click the Preview button.

26 How to Issue Recognition: Preview and Send Recognize Refresh Preview your award and click the Send button. Your recipient will receive a notification and the PerQs you allocated will be deposited into their online account instantly! Your budget balance will reflect the deduction realtime as well. A preview will display to confirm the options you selected for your recognition. If you need to change anything, click Edit. Otherwise, click Send and your recognition will be sent via to the recipient(s)!

28 Empowering a Delegate You may select another associate as your delegate if you want them to be able to administer recognitions (& PerQs) on your behalf. Click Delegate in the dropdown on your Profile page.

30 Years of Service: Creative Approach A service anniversary is an opportunity to recognize associate loyalty, time, and efforts, and to celebrate the company they keep. To recognize an anniversary with a certificate is nice. To recognize it with a personalized, individual, experiential package is better. Our creative approach focuses on Coca-Cola s rich history of growth and the difference each individual contribution makes to it.

33 YOS Manager Steps Celebration Page Message Managers will receive an prompting them to post a manager message to the associate s Celebration Page. This can be done by clicking the link in the , or from the Alerts section on the NA Rewards homepage. Type message and click Submit

34 YOS Manager Steps PURL Invitations Managers receive an prompting them to invite others to contribute to the associate s PURL. Click the link, or Alerts from the NA Rewards homepage to begin. Click Send Invitations and then View/Add Contributors Add your whole team by using the drop down menu, or click Search by Individual to send invitations to individual associates.

35 YOS Manager Steps PURL Invitations When inviting individuals, click Add to invite people from search list. They will appear in the gray box below. When finished, click Done Adding.

36 YOS Manager Steps PURL Invitations You can also invite family or friends outside of the organization. Type their addresses and click Add. When your list is complete, click Send. Recipients will receive an notice prompting them to contribute to the PURL. You will also be prompted to contribute to his/her PURL yourself after clicking Send.
