3 Using the App Using the App Cisco Meeting App lets you communicate and share with your teams. Click here to sign in to the app if you have a user name and password given by your administrator Click here to join a meeting as a guest if you have a meeting invitation from a member of a space Cisco Meeting App: What's new in this version Page 3

4 Using the App Signing in to the App To sign in to Cisco Meeting App, you need a user name and password from your administrator. Click on the help icon on every screen to get more information about the product Click Back to go back to navigate the options screen Enter your user name and password here Check this checkbox, to sign in every time Meeting App starts. 5 Using the App Using Meeting App as a guest To join a meeting as guest, you should have an invite from a member of a space. 8 Inviting people to a space meeting Inviting people to a space meeting To invite someone to a meeting in a space, the guest access must be enabled for the space in the Edit space screen. Click on Invite to invite non-members and guests. Use one of the ways to invite people. Make sure to include passcode in your meeting invitation for guests. 12 Start a meeting Using the Meet button If you want to search for multiple people, or call a SIP video system or join a meeting as a guest using the weblink from the invitation, use this option: Search for video addresses or phone numbers Search for people Enter a space address Enter a meeting link from a meeting invitation to join as a non-member You can search for people and click here to create a new space. 16 Communicating with a contact Communicating with a contact Replaces list of contacts You can search for a contact and see list of spaces you share. You can either use the existing spaces or create a new space. You can also call them directly. Chatting in version 1.10 Chat messages sent to a space are visible to space members. If you wish to have a private chat with one person only, create a space with you and the person to exchange messages. You cannot chat with someone outside a space. During a meeting, you can chat with someone. However, chat messages are deleted at the end of the meeting. Use spaces to communicate, if you wish to retain records of chat messages and calls.
