1 SCE Corporate Forms Ordering System User Guide 1. How to Register/Update Profile For new users, begin by clicking on the create an account button. Returning users will sign in using their SCE and the password created for this system.

2 Create a new account by entering your SCE address, then click Continue. Fill out the basic information fields, select your Work Location, create a password, then click Continue to finish registering. If you don t know your Work Location number you can use the PDF or Excel file to search. Fields with an * must be filled out. -MANDATORY- - Select Your Work Location

3 To change your password or update your account, click the My Account button located at the top right corner of the screen. Press the Save button to save changes, or the Change Password button if creating a new password.

4 2. How to Search for a Form From the home page, click on the Search for Forms tab or Your Catalog to see all forms currently stocked at the warehouse. 6 The form title is followed by the current version, the quantity available at the warehouse and the unit of issue. You can click on the Show Details button or the image of the form to enlarge it, and to see additional information. 7 3. Adding Items to Cart Once a form is selected, enter the quantity needed in the Qty field and click Add to Cart. NOTICE: All forms on this website are stored in the Corporate Forms Distribution Center. For status and information on all other forms, contact Graphics Production at Pax

8 On the right side of the screen you will see a notification that the form has been added to your cart. NOTICE: All forms on this website are stored in the Corporate Forms Distribution Center. For status and information on all other forms, contact Graphics Production at Pax

9 4. Shipping Verify your shipping information by clicking on the Shipping Info tab on the right side of the screen. You have the option to ship to your Work Location or another Work Location, to someone else s attention.

10 To search for another Work Location, click the Other Work Location button, then click the magnifier icon to browse the Work Location list. You can also type directly into the Work Location ID field to filter results. Once you ve found the Work Location you d like to ship to, simply click on it in the list to select it. Please note: After an order has been submitted, your Ship Method will reset back to your default My Work Location for future orders.

11 5. Checkout Select the View Cart tab to review your Shopping Cart before proceeding to Checkout. You have 1 item in shopping cart

12 You can remove forms, change order quantities or continue shopping by returning to the Search for Forms tab. When you re ready to place your order, click on the Checkout tab. 13 Enter the name of the person that the order should ship to. Then enter the Pony Location (building, floor, cubicle, etc.) for internal mail delivery to you, or the Pony Location you re shipping to. Enter any additional information needed in the Order Remarks box and click Submit Order to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation after you submit your order.
