2 1) REGISTRATION PROCESS Pre-Registration Process: Before proceeding with the registration process, provider has to get the NOC and submit back the signed NOC to Almadallah Network department. Once we receive the NOC, we will be sending you the Registration details via . Below are the steps to create a provider user account in Almadallah Website a) Go to URL: b) Click on click here to register link, highlighted below 1

3 c) Register user page for Provider as shown below, Please fill the appropriate fields and click on Register button to proceed further Registration Code and Provider Code details for the above registration page, will be sent to Provider once the Pre-Registration process is completed. Kindly make sure to read our Terms & Condition s before you register with Almadallah online access. d) Upon successful registration, Almadallah will send to the User s Registered ID (collected from the above Register page), with credentials information along with the One Time Password, which should be used during first login. e) As part of Account Verification Process, users will have to change their password during their first login, in order to use the other pages in their account. 2

4 2) LOGIN a) Go to URL: b) Enter Username and Password details in the respective fields in the login page, as shown below, c) Click on Login button to validate your credentials and access your account. Authenticated User will get to see the home page as shown below, from home page user can navigate to other pages. (Please note that without Account Verification Process, User will l not be able to access any other pages, please refer Registration Process Section Point 4 & 5 for details.) 3

6 3) CLAIMS REPORT Using this feature, User will get to see their, as well as their Branch (If the registered provider is Group Provider) claim details. Provider can use the various filter combinations to search the details, as show below. 5

7 4) BATCHES RECEIVED DIRECT Using this feature, User will get to see their, as well as their Branch (If the registered provider is Group Provider) direct batches received details and also option to download the E-Statement against each batch. Sample shown below. 5) PAYMENT BREAKDOWN Using this feature, User will get to see their, as well as their Branch (If the registered provider is Group Provider) breakdown of payment amounts information against each batch or even with each payment. 6

8 6) ESTATEMENT BY REFS DOWNLOAD Using this feature, User can download their, as well as their Branch (If the registered provider is Group Provider) EStatements based on various references as filters. 7) UPDATE ACCOUNT Using this feature, the logged in user will be able to edit their profile details. 9 8) UPDATE PASSWORD Using this feature, the logged in user will be able to update their password. Sample shown below, 9) FORGOT USERNAME Using this feature, User can enter the Registered (used during the registration process) and retrieve the Username via . Sample shown below, 8

10 10) FORGOT PASSWORD Using this feature, User can receive One Time Password via , by entering the Username and Registered (used during the registration process). User can use the received One Time Password with Username combination to login and access their account. Sample shown below, 9
