2 General System Enhancements: Cmpliance: Web Services Updated the prductin web servers t the.net framewrk t supprt TLS 1.2 cnnectins (nging). Enhancements: Client Mdule Order Frm Added a cnfiguratin screen t allw Staff Users t limit the values available in the fllwing drp dwn lists: Lan Type Prperty Type Intended Use This feature requires the new Manage Client Order Frm app. This app nly supprts the Standard Residential Client Order Frm. The cnfiguratin screen is accessible via the new Cnfigure Client Mdule Order Frm system setting in the Cnfigure Order Frm sectin. Clicking the link adjacent t the system setting will pen the Manage Client Residential Order Frm Fields screen. (Please see screen sht n the next page) 1

3 T edit the fields, click the crrespnding link (Prperty Type; Inteneded Use; Lan Type). All the available field values can be cnfigured t either display r be hidden within the Client Mdule s Residential Order Frm drp dwn menu. By default, all field values are set t Shw. When the cnfiguratin is saved, the crrespnding Client Mdule Order Frm field will nly display the selected values. 2

4 NOTE: All values will be available in the crrespnding Staff Mdule Order Frm. Staff Users may set hidden values in each field. In additin, hidden values that are set by a Staff User will display n the Client Order Details screen. MARS Mdified the review prcess t supprt Unifrm Lan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) extractin. This update requires the ULDD Data app, which will be enabled fr all custmers currently subscribed t the MARS prduct. When MARS is run, all ULDD data is autmatically extracted frm the appriasal reprt, including appraiser address, license#, and state. The extracted data is saved in the database n every MARS run. The appraiser distance frm the subject prperty is calculated using the ULDD data. When available, the appraiser distance calculatin is displayed within the MARS reprt results. Added a new setting t the Staff Mdule Client Prfile: Max appraiser distance frm subject prperty (in miles) t use in MARS: The setting is lcated in the Review Settings sectin. Staff Mdule Navigatin: Setup MARS Rules The user can enter a number representing the max distance in miles that an appraiser can be frm the subject prperty. When cnfigured, this setting can be used t trigger a new MARS rule: GDMS- 3668: The calculated appraiser distance frm the subject prperty exceeds the mileage threshld cnfigured fr this Client. Check the Client Prfile t view the current threshld. 3

5 When the appraiser distance frm the subject prperty is greater than the max appraiser distance that s set fr the ClientPrfile, the MARS rule will fail. The failure is displayed within the MARS reprt. When the appraiser distance frm the subject prperty is less than r equal t the max appraiser distance that s set fr the Client Prfile, the MARS rule will pass. When the new Max appraiser distance frm subject prperty (in miles) t use in MARS Client Prfile setting is blank, the new GDMS 3668: MARS rule will nt run. This rule is disabled by default. A Staff User will need t select the rule and cnfigure the pririty and weight in all target frms in rder t use it. This new rule is available fr the fllwing frms: Fannie Mae Frm 1004 (Unifrm Residential Appraisal Reprt) Fannie Mae Frm 2055 (Exterir-Only Inspectin Residential Appraisal Reprt) Fannie Mae Frm 1073 (Individual Cndminium Unit Appraisal Reprt) Fannie Mae Frm 1025 (Small Residential Incme Prperty Appraisal Reprt) Fannie Mae Frm 1075 (Exterir-Only Inspectin Individual Cndminium Unit Appraisal Reprt) Fannie Mae Frm 2090 (Individual Cperative Interest Appraisal Reprt) Fannie Mae Frm 2095 (Exterir-Only Individual Cperative Interest Appraisal Reprt) The mst recent appraiser distance calculatin can be reprted upn by using the fllwing etrac Reprt Builder reprt types (requires the etrac Reprt Builder app): Appraiser Distance (past year) select the AppraiserDistanceFrmSubject field. RealEC Integratin The Wrkflw Engine app nw allws Staff Users t autmatically trigger RealEC Event Cdes 537 (Order Fulfillment PDF and Data) and 150 (Prduct Delivered by Prvider). This functinality nly applies t RealEC Integratin rders. These new Wrkflw Actins als require the Uplad File Types app. Added a Send RealEC Order Fulfillment PDF and Data (537) actin: The Prcess Actin des nt apply t this Wrkflw Actin. Instead, the wrkflw will trigger nce. Subsequent 537 events must be delivered manually frm the rder s Files Available fr Dwnlad screen. This new Wrkflw Actin allws Staff Users t cnfigure a package f files fr delivery t RealEC. 5

This actin als allws Staff Users t cmbine the Appraisal/Final Reprt and Appraiser Independence Certificate files int a single PDF file, and specify the srt rder. Staff Users may need t cnfigure filters t ensure that Event Cde 537 is nly sent n prducts that are specified in the lender s prvider implementatin guide. NOTE: Using the Send t RealEC buttn t deliver Event Cde 537 frm the Files Available fr Dwnlad screen will nt trigger any cnfigured Send RealEC Order Fulfillment PDF and Data (537) wrkflw items. 9 Staff Mdule Order Frm Created a cnfiguratin screen that allws Staff Users t limit the available rder status ptins that are fund within the Standard Staff Residential Order Frm. This update nly applies when editing an existing rder. This screen is accessible via the link adjacent t the new Cnfigure Order Statuses available t Staff Users system setting (lcated in the Cnfigure Order Frm sectin). This setting nly applies t the Standard Residential Staff Mdule Order Frm. That said, the cnfiguratin will be expanded in a future etrac release t supprt ther frms. Clicking the link will pen the Cnfigure Order Statuses screen. (Please see the screen sht n next page) 8

10 This screen will display all standard statuses, as well as any custm statuses (requires the Custm Status app). T maintain existing functinality, all statuses will be selected by default. Cnfigured statuses will display in the Staff Mdule Order Status drp dwn menu. Staff Users will be allwed t update an rder when an unselected status is currently set in the rder, r is autmatically set by a system prcess. Once the Staff User changes the rder status, the unselected status will n lnger appear in the drp dwn menu. 9

11 NOTE: The new cnfiguratin screen des nt currently apply t the Update Engager and Order Status screen, but will be expanded t supprt this screen in a future etrac release. Added a Search Land Use field. When text is entered int this field, the Land Use Categry drp dwn menu is filtered t display nly the categries that cntain the entered text. If ne r mre categries cntain a matching Land Use value, the Land Use Categry drp dwn menu will autmatically filter t display nly the related categries. NOTE: The "D yu appraise Residential r Cmmercial prperties? Or bth?" system setting must be set t "Bth" in rder t display the Land Use, Land Use Categry, and Land Use Search fields in the Standard Residential Order Frm. Wrkflw Engine App Mdified the Wrkflw Engine t allw Staff Users t trigger wrkflw items based n credit card transactin results. This update enables Staff Users t further autmate their prcesses. Fr example, successfully prcessed transactins can kick ff an aut-assignment wrkflw. Alternatively, a failed transactin can trigger an t the engager advising that manual interventin is required (such as cntacting the brrwer t btain the crrect credit card infrmatin). Added a new CC Payment Successful Wrkflw Trigger t the Wrkflw Engine cnfiguratin screen. (Please see the screen sht n the next page) 10

Fr example, a Wrkflw Actin that s triggered by credit card prcessing can be cnfigured t update the rder status. The new triggers are nt cmpatible with the PayPal payment ptin at this time. Supprt fr PayPal payments will be added in a future etrac release. Vendr Prfile Created a Vendr Mdule Cnfiguratin screen that allws Staff Users t define which fields their Vendr Users can view and edit in their prfiles. Staff Mdule Navigatin: Setup Manage Vendrs Vendr Mdule Cnfiguratin The fllwing system settings were mved t this new screen: Require License Expiratin Date and State when uplading a license vendr dcument in the Vendr Mdule? Staff Mdule Navigatin: Main Add AVM/Data Analytics Order T view the reprt sample, scrll dwn t the Appraisal Delivery Prducts sectin and click n the picture f the reprt. The sample will then pen in yur brwser windw. The file type descriptin that was assigned t the ACI Sky Delivery XML file has been changed frm ACI XML t ACI Review XML fr mre clarity. This XML file cntains bth the appraisal review data and the appraisal reprt data. Crrected a typ that was fund in the Step 1: Uplad Appraisal File(s) sectin header. 14

16 The ACI Sky Delivery integratin nw supprts the use f a cmpany lg. The lg can be displayed in the file uplad wizard. Restred functinality t the Delivery Prducts field n the Update Prduct screen. Previusly, the updated field selectin was nt saved. Autmated ERB s Mdified the cnfiguratin t nw allw 200 characters in the CC and BCC fields. When an Excel r.csv file was cnfigred fr an , and the rder frm s New Current Status field was selected as a clumn in the reprt, any line feeds that were saved in the field data caused new rws t be inserted int the Excel sheet. T restrict the New Current Status field data t a single rw within the reprt, line feeds in the field are nw ignred when creating the Excel r.csv file. Client Mdule Order Frm Crrected the "Ordered By Address" field t nw shw the Client User s address. Previusly, the Client Billing address was displayed. Client Prfile Addressed an issue with the Client Name field. Apstrphes ( ) will n lnger save as qutatin marks ( ). Cmmunicatin User passwrd reset s nw display the passwrd in bld fnt fr increased readability. 15

17 etrac-t-etrac (e2e) Updated the brrwer receipt t display the On Appraisal client (depending n which cmpany frwarded the files t the brrwer). Addressed an issue where child cmpany files marked as viewable by the Client User were nt visible in the Parent Cmpany s Files available fr Dwnlad screen. Aut-Assign Vendr wrkflw items are nw always triggered in the Child Cmpany f an e2e rder (requires the Wrkflw Engine app). This update nly applies t residential rder frms, inlcuding the Nn-Editable Client User Order Frm app. Updated the child rder creatin prcess t ppulate the Parent Cmpany s vendr fee in the child rder. This update applies when the Parent Cmpany uses the Master Fee Table app t ppulate prduct fees, and the vendr fee is cnfigured t equal 100% f the prduct fees. etrac Reprt Builder App (ERB) Reslved an issue where all the filters were deleted when a user made edits t an ERB filter, but did nt click the Add buttn t save the updated filter t the reprt. Crrected an issue where the General Reprt s ReviewerCheckMem field was mapped t the appraiser Mem field. The ReviewerCheckMem field is nw mapped t the reviewer Mem field. Glbal Cmmunicatr Reslved an issue that caused an intermittent User Already Lgged In errr message when trying t send an existing campaign. Glbal Kinex Addressed an issue that prevented user access t the View UCDP Submissins and View EAD Submissins screens when the lgged-in user s passwrd cntained a precent sign (%). Glbal Kinex nw supprts user passwrds that cntain this percent character. 16

18 Payment Prcessing The credit card prcessing is nw cmpatible with the CC Legal Disclsure app. Previusly, attempting t send the when this app was enabled resulted in a generic errr. The External Credit Card Prcessing screen was redesigned. Reslved an issue where the lgging f PayPal payments in the Pending status were causing duplicate payment entries in etrac. Updated the "Send Credit Card Link" and External Credit Card Prcessing screens t always display the current ttal client fee (i.e., the brrwer fee). Previusly, if the credit card prcessing was delivered twice n the same rder, and the ttal client fee was edited prir t the secnd being sent, the riginal fee was still displayed. Mdified the Client Mdule CC app. Order status updates can nw be lgged as Pending CC Apprval in the status histry. This change allws Staff Users t trigger Wrkflw Actins n the Pending CC Apprval status (requires the Wrkflw Engine app). This update des nt apply t Web Service rders. The Web Services will be updated in a future etrac release. RealView Integratin The integratin nw allws submissins when the Lan Type is nt selected in the rder. When the Lan Type was added t be cmpared against the appraisal reprt, the implementatin did nt take int accunt that the Lan Type can be cnfigured as a ptinal field. 17

19 Staff Mdule Order Frm Restred the Require New Current Status t be entered when updating an rder?" system setting functinality. When enabled, users must enter text in the New Current Status field t update an rder. Reslved an issue where clicking the Frward Selected Files t Other Recipients ptin, with the Attach Invice ptin selected, resulted in an errr if an invice was nt already attached t the rder. Installed the latest zip cde database. Staff Mdule Reprts Updated the Vendr Status (under the Reprts menu) t be displayed as blank in the "Inspectin Date" clumn fr rders that d nt have an inspectin date set. Previusly, the inspectin date was smetimes displayed as 01/01/0001 when a date was nt set in the rder. Multi-Office App Addressed an issue where Staff Users assigned t a specific ffice were able t view rders that were assigned t ther ffices. Vendr Mdule Order Frm Reslved an issue where clicking the "Dwnlad Alamde" buttn in the rder prduced the fllwing errr message if unclsed html tags (e.g. <br>) were encuntered: "An unexpected errr ccurred. If the issue persists, cntact Technical supprt." 18

20 Vendr Prfile The SSN (scial security number) field was updated t nly display the pund (#) signs when there is data saved in the database. Previusly, the pund signs were displayed even when there was n data saved in the field. Uplading a file with the same file name as an existing dcument n lnger verwrites the previusly upladed dcument. Vendr User Prfile Reslved an issue where data was cleared frm the User First Name, User Last Name, User Name, and Address fields when adding and/r remving reprts. Wrkflw Engine App Wrkflw is nw cnslidated int a single versin. This update will make the Wrkflw Engine easier t maintain in the future. 19
