4 Overview FiveCntractr is an interactive Internet site that allws electrnic management f serviced accunts. Accunt infrmatin can be entered int the system and prperty preservatin and inspectins may be rdered. Results are available as sn as the wrk is cmpleted. FiveCntractr als features a cmmunicatins cmpnent t keep yu infrmed. 5 System Requirements The fllwing system requirements are necessary fr using the FiveOnline.cm website. A cnnectin t the internet Chrme, Mzilla Firefx, r Internet Explrer 5.0 r higher Display with a minimum reslutin f 1024x768 Adbe Acrbat Reader 4.0 r higher Java script and frame capabilities shuld als be enabled. Access Yu must have a username and passwrd t use the FiveCntractr system. 6 Intrductin Lgging In Once yu have been given a vendr cde and passwrd, yu will be able t lg in t the FiveCntractr website. Yur username is yur vendr cde, and yur passwrd is either the last fur digits f yur Scial Security Number r Federal Tax ID. If yu have entered a username and invalid passwrd cmbinatin, an errr message will be displayed and yu will be asked t attempt anther lgin. When this screen appears, press BACK n the web brwser and re enter yur user name and passwrd. If yu are still unable t lgin, cntact yur vendr rep r Five Brthers IT Supprt fr assistance. 7 Understanding the Hme Page The Hme Page displays infrmatin abut recent rders, news, messages, and ther infrmatin that yu may find useful. Main Menu The main menu prvides links t the fllwing pages and ptins: Orders, Accunts, Agreements, Dcuments, Sftware. It als prvides a quick search bar, and quick links t view messages, view yur prfile and sub vendrs, and lg ff the site. Status Bar The status bar displays all pen rders and messages at a glance. 8 Stats The Stats menu displays the summary f all current rders by their type and status. It als shws a cunt f each type f rder by their status. T view the full list f an rder type, simply click n the link and the full list will appear n a new page. Yu can filter the results by Order, Address, City, r Zip by selecting a filter type frm the drpdwn menu and entering partial r full keywrds. Results can als be exprted as PDF r Excel dcuments by clicking the Exprt buttn at the tp right and selecting an exprt ptin. FiveCntractr.cm User Manual 5

9 Latest Orders The Latest Orders menu displays the five latest rders by their assigned date, with the mst recent being displayed first. T view an individual rder, click n the link and the rder will appear n a new page. 10 News The News menu displays the mst recent news and mems sent ut by Five Brthers t its cntractrs. These shuld always be read as they keep cntractrs updated n any changes f requirements fr submitting wrk. T read a mem, click n the link. Yu will be redirected t a new page. 13 Accunting The Accunting menu allws yu t view the fllwing reprts: Payment Histry allws yu t see past and current payments fr all cmpleted rders Adjustment Histry allws yu t view any changes in payment, including backcharges fr late, r uncmpleted tasks. Any adjustments fr additinal trips r mistakes made n rders will be reflected in this reprt. Inspectin Payment allws yu t view payment details related t inspectins. Grass Payment allws yu t view payment details n grass cutting rders This windw will allw yu t put a date range in fr the date range yu are seeking the payment histry. Keep in mind that fr accurate results yu will want t extend the date ranges by a cuple f days. Fr example: if yu want details fr a check that is t be mailed n the 7th use a date range f the 5th thrugh the 9th. FiveCntractr.cm User Manual 10

14 Agreements The Agreements menu allws yu t view the fllwing agreements and frms: Service Agreement the vendr service agreement shws the services and prices yu prvide t us, yur zip cverage area, and yu cunty cverage area. The frm can be edited r updated at any time n the website. Independent Cntractr Agreement this agreement must be signed and accepted befre any wrk can be cmpleted with Five Brthers. Cnfidentiality Agreement a cpy f the Five Brthers cnfidentiality agreement. Arbitratin Agreement a cpy f the Five Brthers arbitrary agreement that must be accepted and agreed t. Data Security Agreement a cpy f the Five Brthers data security agreement. Wells Farg Subcntractr Cde f Cnduct a cpy f the Wells Farg cde f cnduct fr Five Brthers cntractrs perfrming wrk fr Wells Farg accunts. W9 Frm a cpy f yur submitted W9 frm.
