1 Asset Panda Web Applicatin Release User Cnfiguratin Permissins Several changes have been made t this page including the fllwing. Page Design The layut has been changed s that all Edit and Misc Cnfiguratins are at the tp and Grup Permissins (including their fields) are at bttm. Grup permissins can be expanded and cllapsed. Users Access t Reprting can be limited. Yu can nw restrict users frm the Dashbard Charts. Please nte that charts are still created fr individual user accunts (nt by cmpany). There is nw a buttn fr Reset Permissins that will allw users t reset all items t checked. Fr each Grup, yu can nw restrict Users Access t viewing the Change Lg. The API Cnfiguratin, was previusly nly available t Cmpany Admins. Nw this can be cnfigured n a user level.

3 Imprting Users We nw have the ability t imprt Users User Supprt Under Cnfiguratin, there is nw an ptin fr User Supprt. Here the cmpany can cnfigure what infrmatin their users see when they g t the Supprt menu inside Asset Panda n the web app. Clr Cding values in a List Field Clients nw have a link in the Grup Cnfiguratins fr Field Clr Cdes They can select the fields they want t clr cde then, set the clr fr each field value This values will appear clr cded n the bjects page

4 As well as n the listing page Date Driven Dashbards Users nw have the ability t create dashbards that sum amunts by date. Excluding Blank and Null fields frm Uniqueness When editing fields, clients can nw select t have blank values in a required field.

5 Calendar Clr Selectr The calendar selectr fr clrs is nw much larger. Cmpany Lgs If the user uplads an image that is t small, a message nw appears with the pixel dimensins recmmended. Deleting Objects When an bject is deleted, it is nw lgged in the Change Lgs. Deleted Fields If a user deletes a field n an grup, then it will lg the deleted values in histry. Fr example, I delete the Phne Test field frm my Asset grup. That change is lgged int the change histry field.

6 Grup Actin Ntificatins If a client has a ntificatin setup n a reprt and perfrm a grup actin, they nw have an ptin n the Ntificatin Cnfiguratin t cmbine the ntificatins int ne . Asset Listing Page Sum Clients can nw select up t 2 numeric r currency fields t summarize n the listing page. This selectin is made in the Asset List field selectin. And will display at the tp f the listing page Printing Object Nw when a user clicks the print buttn n an bject They can select what infrmatin they want t print

7 Object Tabs When yu click n an bject, the Actin Histry and Linked tabs will autmatically display data saving user an extra click f the tab. Actin Tab Users nw have the ability t srt and filter clumns in the Actins tab. Muse ver Tabs Change Reprt Filters - Added a new filter n change reprts t allw yu t filter by current values f an bject. Nw yu can filter n bth change histry and current bject value (fr example t shw all changes made t assets in a current lcatin).

8 Audit Reprt Filters If an Audit Reprt is by a specific audit, clients can nw filter n additinal fields. Grup Reprts w/same Grup Link If a client has a multiple grup list fields linked t the same grup n a grup (fr example, I have a Lcatin Grup List Field and a Previus Lcatin Grup List Field bth linked t the Lcatin Grup n Assets), then when filtering a reprt having the ability select which link t pull the data. Nw the grup list displays the Grup and field name s the user knws which ne they are selecting.

9 Additinal Icns We added additinal icns. Nte: This icns will appear immediately n web but may take until next mbile releases t display. Full Address Field Type There is a new field type called Full Address and when selected will prvide a link t mapping n mbile device. Nte: This is already in prductin but I m nt sure if it has nt been frmally annunce t clients.
