3 Make a Phne Call: There are several ways t place a call: Use the Dial Pad: click n the dial pad icn and click the number keys t enter the phne number. T place the call, click the green [Call] buttn. Use the Enter Name r Number field: Enter a name - matching entries frm Cntacts will appear. T place the call, click n the matching entry, click the [Call] buttn, r press [Enter] n the cmputer keybard. Enter a 10-digit phne number. T place the call, click the green [Call] buttn r press [Enter] n the cmputer keybard. Nte: Accessin Cmmunicatr shuld nt be used fr emergency (911) calling. Accessin will cmplete the 911 call, hwever, the call will shw the address f the business ffice where the is installed. Receive a Phne Call: When a call is being received, a ppup displays the name f the caller Click the green [Accept] buttn t answer the call; r, Click the red [Reject] buttn t decline the call. Declined calls are ruted accrding t the line s Call Manager settings, mst cmmnly t the lines vic bx n the.
