1 A Tutorial: Online Giving to St. Andrew & St. Andrew Learning Center Tuition Payments Why use Online Giving? A few of the benefits: 1. The link is right on the St. Andrew web page easy to find. 2. Anyone can give via online giving; you do not have to be a member. Families with children enrolled in the St. Andrew Learning Center can pay tuition online, as well. 3. You can give a one-time contribution or create & manage scheduled giving. 4. Your giving history is accessible each time you log in. 5. You can print your own contribution statement for tax purposes at any time with a simple click (opens a PDF). ( Tuition statements however are NOT available online but will need to printed by staff.) To get started using Online Giving, go to the St. Andrew website at and click on the InFellowship/Giving tab on the top (red arrow):

2 You will then see this screen where you can create your secure account by clicking on Register or Sign up! (red arrows): Notice the Privacy policy near the bottom (yellow arrow).

Enter the information on this screen to create your account: John Doe JohnDoe@verizon.

After you have entered this info, click on Save and create account on the bottom.

Please take a few moments to update all your information as you wish under privacy settings, directory etc. Then click on Giving to start your payment scheduling. On this page, you will be able to see online DONATIONS you have made to St. Andrew Lutheran Church, and any schedules you set up to give on a regular basis. Tuition Payments will NOT show up here but are printed by the staff at your request. Click on GIVE NOW to make a one time payment, or SCHEDULE GIVING to set up a recurring schedule.

If you have multiple children in separate programs, you will need to add a separate line for each program your family participates

7 The GIVE NOW Option Screen looks like this. Please make sure and select LEARNING CENTER TUITION PAYMENTS and the correct program in which your child is enrolled. If you have multiple children in separate programs, you will need to add a separate line for each program your family participates in. After entering all your information, click CONTINUE and review your payment before it is complete. Once you have completed your first transaction, your payment information will be saved by the system for future payments or donations.

8 The SCHEDULED GIVING Option Screen however requires a few extra steps. Please make sure and select LEARNING CENTER TUITION PAYMENTS and the correct program in which your child is enrolled. If you have multiple children in separate programs, you will need to add a separate line for each program your family participates in and click CONTINUE

9 Then enter the dates and frequency of your payment. You have several options to choose from. If you are choosing to do twice a month, please make sure you have selected the correct option. If you choose Every Two Weeks, you will be making 26 payments over a full year, Twice Monthly will give you 24 payments a year. After double checking your entry, click Continue to enter your payment information and finish up.

10 Enter your payment information and click CONTINUE to review your information before you are complete. Once you have completed your first transaction, your payment information will be saved by the system for future payments or donations. jt 10/22/2013 br 11/14/2013
