This issue has been reslved. In sme instances, amunts entered with mre than 2 decimal places in the Charge Agency Fees screen were runded crrectly but prcessed incrrectly, resulting in an imbalanced bank recnciliatin. 6 System Recvery Failure Recurring Tenant Invices Outstanding Disbursements by Creditr Reprt Web Advertising Uplads A System Recvery Failure ccurred when running System Recvery after Sales receipts were prcessed with Bank Charges with a GST cmpnent. The Ownership Name field has been extended t display mre f the details entered. A tltip will display up t 100 characters. The Cntact sectin has been renamed Cntact Details and the layut has been imprved t include the Primary Owner s Address details. Saving and Deleting Additinal Owner Cntacts Changes t Smart Search Additinal Owner Cntacts cannt be archived. When an Additinal Owner Cntact is deleted their data cannt be retrieved at a later stage. Additinal Owner Cntacts will be searched when entering a search string in Smart Search. Owner Cntact Merge Fields The new Owner fields intrduced as part f the Additinal Owner Cntacts feature are nw available when creating bulk Wrd mail merge templates r exprting data fr Owners. The Owners Merging Variables List in the REST Prfessinal Help file V14.5 has been updated t display the new merge fields. Print Letters / Mail Merge When selecting t Merge with Owners, an ptin is nw available t select the Owner Cntact Type t include in the bulk merge. The default will be set t Owners Only which includes the Primary Owner as well as Additinal Owner Cntacts flagged as Owner Other Owner Cntact Type ptins include Primary, Accunts, Lease, Repairs and All When selecting t Merge with Tenant and the Output Optin is RckendSMS, an ptin will be available t Send SMS Message t Owner and then select an Owner Cntact Type. Exprt Data Setup and Use When selecting t Exprt t Excel, File r New Template and Merge with Owners, an ptin is nw available t select the Owner Cntact Type. 10 filesmart Tenant Invices (New Feature) filesmart Enhanced Integratin with REST REST Prfessinal versin 14.5 and filesmart Versin intrduces an enhancement t existing functinality that will allw bulk prcessing f tenant water invices using filesmart barcded invice prcessing with REST. Please refer t Tenant Invices with REST Prfessinal Versin 14.5 and filesmart Versin Enhanced Integratin included in yur Beta Infrmatin Pack fr mre infrmatin n using the enhanced integratin. Menu Changes The menu ptin Transactins > filesmart Creditr Disbursements has been renamed Transactins > filesmart Integratin. Changes t Cmpany Details Changes t filesmart Archive Invicing Wrkflw A new menu item filesmart Creditr Invices is available under the menu item Transactins > filesmart Integratin t access the new bulk tenant water invicing screen. The Water Usage tab in Cmpany Details has been renamed Water Invicing The layut f the Water Invicing tab has been imprved t allw mre default settings fr water invicing. Changes include: The ability t save a descriptin and date range fr tenant water usage that will autmatically ppulate when tenant water invices are created The ability t save a secnd water charge with a descriptin and a date range. If cnfigured, the details will autmatically ppulate when tenant water invices are created. The ptin t add a secnd water charge can als be managed at invice level. Imprved layut f the Water Rate Defaults A new ptin f REST Owner & Tenant Water Invicing will be available when creating Wrkflw fr databases cnfigured t use Water Invicing in REST. When apprving an item created with the wrkflw type f REST Owner & Tenant Water Invicing, a new data tab named Tenant will be available t recrd water usage details fr the tenant. Invices apprved with the wrkflw type f REST Owner & Tenant Water Invicing will display in filesmart Creditr Disbursements fr the bulk creatin f utstanding creditr disbursements and als in filesmart Tenant Invices fr the bulk creatin f tenant water invices. Changes t Prperty Details The Water Usage sectin n the Infrmatin tab in Prperty Details nw includes an ptin t recrd whether a prperty's tenants are liable fr water charges. The Charge Tenant Water flag will display: n the Prperty Water Efficiency Reprt in the filesmart Creditr Disbursements screen. The Charge Tenant Water setting saved n the prperty will autmatically be applied t new tenants added t the prperty. The setting can be managed at Prperty r Tenant level. 10

The Charge Tenant Water flag saved in Tenant Details will display: Changes t filesmart Creditr Disbursements when creating new tenant invices in REST n the filesmart Tenant Invices screen n the Tenant data tab when apprving tenant water invices in REST Owner & Tenant Water Invicing Wrkflw in filesmart Archive. The Charge Tenant Water setting can be managed at Tenant r Prperty Tenant level. filesmart Creditr Disbursements has been relcated t fall under the new menu item Transactins > filesmart Integratin. In additin t existing functinality, when creditr disbursements are prcessed in REST via filesmart Creditr Disbursements, REST will display a prmpt t lad the filesmart Tenant Invices screen if pending tenant water invices are detected. Water invices with linked tenant water invices will display new icns indicating the status f each invice available fr prcessing in filesmart Creditr Disbursements. The Charge Tenant Water status saved in Prperty Details > Infrmatin will display in the Prperty Details sectin fr each invice ready fr prcessing utstanding disbursements in the filesmart Creditr Disbursements screen.
