2 Registering Yur MultiPass Multipass accunts are autmatically created by the University when a student sends in their depsit Lcate yur username at: First name Last name Last 4 digits f yur Scial Security Number Initialize accunt at: Click n Initialize Yur MultiPass Read the Usage Plicy, then click Initialize My MulitPass Accunt Nw Cmplete the User Verificatin Insert yur username Use the drp dwn list t display yur birthday Type yur permanent hme zip cde Remember t use the zip cde that yur riginally registered with the University Last fur digits f yur Scial Security Number If yur infrmatin is nt accepted, and yu have cnfirmed it is crrect, cntact the CTS Help Desk help@duq.edu r (HELP) r t verify that the infrmatin n file is different than what yu believe it shuld be. 7 Enter yur MultiPass username and passwrd On the left hand menu yu will see: Inbx Messages yu have received Drafts Messages yu have cmpsed but nt sent Sent Messages yu have cmpsed and sent Trash Messages yu have deleted Spam Filter Outlk uses a spam filter t keep unwanted s frm reaching yur Inbx Occasinally yu will receive s frm the Duquesne Firewall reading, Spam Quarantine Summary It is imprtant t peridically review the s that the filter has blcked t make sure that it is nt blcking desired messages Upn review yu can: Deliver Telling the Spam filter that yu wuld like the message sent t yur Inbx Whitelist Meaning yu wuld like the sender t be able t send yu messages Delete Remve the frm yur quarantine summary Lgut Click Sign Out link in the upper right hand crner Or, yu will autmatically be lgged ut if yur cnnectin remains idle fr 30 minutes. 7
