When this bit is set to 1, firmware will negotiate the FC data rate from the given max speed specified by driver in bits of the Initialize Firmware Control Block s Firmware Options 3 field to two speeds down to what the SFP allowed. This option can also be set in the Data Rate Mailbox Command (05dh). When incoming mailbox 1 is set to 03h, firmware forces a loss of sync, restarts link initialization, and negotiates the FC data rate from the given max speed specified by driver in incoming mailbox 2 to two speeds down to what the SFP allowed. Allow system driver to send LOGO ELS via ELS Pass-Through IOCB using a N-Port Handle of FFFFh. MID only. Return Command Parameter Error (4006h) if the number of requested VP s exceeds the limit when issuing Initialize Firmware Multiple-IDs Mailbox Command (048h) only. Disable PCIe Completion Timeout.
