2 Ramzi: The citizen identified in the attachment is claiming that her 190 well is drying up due to surface water pumping at Fishhawk Ranch Phases 3B/4B, Boyette Road south of Boyette Road & Bell Shoals Road past the Bloomingdale Area in the vicinity of Lake Grady. She has stated that the contractor is taking water out of Lake Hutto and using it for dust control and general watering. As a result of that, she indicated that her well has been severely affected. Would the pumping be something that the District would regulate? Any chance that the ground water out there is just low due to a rainfall shortage or Tampa Bay Water pumping? She appreciates the assistance with getting this resolved for her. She also brought up an issue with her well going dry and attributing it to the work in the subdivision and the alleged drawdown of surface water out of Lak Hutto by the contractor. 2

3 I ll reach out to the SWFWMD for the surface water pumping claim and her well issue. I did advise here that regionally, we were heaving below average rainfall, but she was steadfast in her claim. I advised her that I d get back with her in a few days. I had a conversation with Zeke Marquez (acting superintendent) about the citizens Dust Complain, The first thing I noticed was a water truck working on site. It looks to me like most of the dust is the product of stockpiled materials on site that will be used's in the development of house pad and other on site development/infrastructure, most of the pond's have been excavated and the berms have been soded. Any of the trucks that are being used to haul Materials off site are using newly paved roads, ROW work has been completed with the exception of pavement and sod which should take place Monday morning.
