3 Dubai Trade Registration This registration helps companies to get registered on Dubai Trade Portal and obtain users to start using different services. Visit Click Service Center >> Portal Registration System populates the following registration page Note: there are different options (New Registration- Modify Registration- Registration Enquiry- Password Reminder) - 3 -

4 NEW REGISTRATION Notes: For DP World Registration, system will redirect you to DP World Registration page Dubai Customs, system will redirect you to Customs Registration Page DMCC, Dubai Auto Zone, Dubai Trade, JAFZA, and Techno Park. Please complete the following steps: I. Step One (Customer Registration) Search Business Unit 1. Select Business Unit (DMCC, Dubai Auto Zone, Dubai Trade, JAFZA, or Techno Park) - 4 -

5 2. Select Agent Type as follows: BUSINESS UNIT AGENT TYPE a. DMCC FREECOMS (FC) b. Dubai Auto Zone Dubai Auto Zone (DAZ) c. Dubai Trade RTA (RTA) or Sky Cargo (SC) d. Jafza Jafza (JF) or Local Agent (JL) e. Techno Park Techno Park (TP) 3. Enter Agent Code/FZ License No. a. For DMCC, Dubai Auto Zone, Jafza and Techno Part you need to enter Customer Number (as mentioned on your license) - enter your CN and click add Note: your company details should appear in Customer List Note: if wrong company number entered, you can delete it

For Dubai Trade (RTA & SC) you need to generate the code. - Click Generate to get a code Note: your company details should appear in Customer List Note: if wrong company number entered, you can delete it. Company Information Note: System will auto-populate any information available on database, but you can still edit them. 4. Enter Group Name 5. Enter Address 6. Select Country - 6 -

Step Two (Authorized Representative Information) Note: this is the company s authorized person, who is legally liable for all transactions done on behalf of the company on Dubai Trade Portal Personal Information 1. Select Title 2. Enter First Name 3. Enter Middle Name 4. Enter Last Name 5. Select Nationality 6. Enter Designation 7. Enter Address 8. Enter Address Confirmation 9. Select Age Group Contact Information 10. Enter Telephone No. 11. Enter Mobile No. 12. Click the Next button to continue III. Step Three (User Administration Information) Note: enter details of company s account administrator /in charge of managing user accounts and services on Dubai Trade Portal

Enter Address Confirmation 10. Enter Telephone No. 11. Enter Direct Telephone No. 12. Enter Mobile No. 13. Enter Fax No. Login Details 14. Enter user name ( it should be unique and have a minimum of 6 characters) 15. Enter Password Note: Password length should be between 8 to 16 and containing alpha-numeric and special characters. 16. Select Hint Question 17. Enter Hint Answer 18. Enter Hint Answer Confirmation 19. Click the Next button to continue IV. Step Four (Required Documents) System is going to display a list of required documents to be submitted (if any) Note: you also need to verify your registration by entering the text giving in the box (you can request a new text if needed) - 8 -

Step Five (Registration Confirmation) System is going to display your registration reference number and send an confirmation to your entered address You can print your registration request You can also click the request number highlighted in blue to view and print your registration request - 9 -
