1 How to Fill Online Application Form (Step by Step Instructions) 1. The web site will redirect you on this page. Here you will CREATE ACCOUNT/SIGN UP. (See Fig. 1) Click to create new account Fig A pop-up window SIGN UP NEW ACCOUNT will appear. Fill up your Name, Address, Username Password and Confirm Password. 3 5. Screen will appear as follows. Click User Home to enter your profile data. 4 7. The Date of Birth can be entered using calendar control or may be typed in the same format as given in the text box. (See Fig. 7) May be typed in given format. 5 9. Now Scroll down to enter your EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION details. Click ADD button given for your corresponding qualification. (See Fig. 9) Click ADD button to enter SSC /Equivalent Educational details Fig Interface for entering SSC Educational Details will appear as given below. 6 11. First enter your SSC OR EQUIVALENT ACADEMIC RECORD and recheck that all information are entered correctly. Press Submit button. (See Fig. 11) Fig On submitting the details, your SSC details will appear as follows which may be edited any time before the application submission deadline (See Fig. 12). Enter HSC/EQUIVALENT and GRADUATION (4 YEARS) ACADEMIC RECORD in the same way and confirm after checking carefully before submission. (See Fig. 13). 8 14. A pop-up box for Program training center and Preferred Test Center will appear as follows. The candidate will be required to give his preference /choice of Institute and Test Center. Don t forget to check the checkbox if you are applying through proper channel. Submit the choice. (See Fig. 15) Fig On successful submission of application, the screen will be displayed as follows. Here you are required to download BANK DEPOSIT SLIP (ASKARI BANK) or INTER BANK TRANSFER PAY IN SLIP (NBP) for application processing fee. 9 16. Print Bank Deposit Slip (Askari Bank) or Inter Bank Transfer Pay in Slip (NBP). Fill the relevant information in any of the Fee Deposit Slip. Visit the bank and ask for online fee deposit. 10 17. After you have deposited the application processing fee in the bank. Re-login to you Application Form. Enter the details from your copy of deposit Slip in FEE VOUCHER DETAILS Form. This form will be opened by clicking the link PROVIDE FEE DEPOSIT DETAILS. (See Fig. 19) click the link PROVIDE FEE DEPOSIT DETAILS to Enter the details from your copy of deposit Slip in the Fee Voucher Details Form Fig FEE VOUCHER DETAILS Form will appear on clicking the link PROVIDE FEE DEPOSIT DETAILS. 12 21. After successful submission of Fee details, the candidate will be able to download his/her filled application form along with Admit Card from the links APPLICATION FORM and ADMIT SLIP / CARD. Roll No will be issued on that form. (See Fig. 23) Download APPLICATION FORM and ADMIT SLIP /CARD from these links. Fig Print Application Form and Admit Card (SeeFig. 24) and dispatch it to KINPOE along with the following: 1. Two photographs (one pasted on each form) 2. Two self-addressed envelopes 3. 14 25. Scoll down the application form and click the button EDIT APPLICATION. (See Fig. 28) To change your test center choice or/and Training Institute click EDIT APPLICATION. Fig Change the choice and submit. (See Fig. 29) Please Note that this option is available until deadline of application. After deadline it will not be available.
