A: Tests are administered through a central site at You must be registered with the site for access. For most students, access is granted through a registration link ed with your course materials. However, some student taking assessment tests like MBA tests will have their logins assigned. Your login to the site is a user name ( address) and password. Q: What if I forgot my password to the registrant site? A: The login screen is set up with a link labeled What s My Password? to have the password ed. If you receive an with a blank space for the password, that is not a valid user name so try another address or contact Ivy Software. Q: How do I access my course chapter quizzes? A: The chapter graded quizzes are accessed via the chapter software menu. There is a link at the end of each chapter for access to the quiz that will bring up a login screen. The chapter graded quiz is typically not used towards your final grade but is a great tool for self-evaluation and introduction to the same testing format that is used for the final exam. The chapter quizzes are typically 10 questions. The chapter graded quiz only records a score and provides no feedback. There is also a practice quiz that gives immediate feedback available as well.

2 Q: How do I access my final exam? A: The final exams are accessed through the central registrant site. The link to the site can be found in the final chapter of your course software or in a link provided in the course materials typically labeled Course and Final Exam Access. Once logged into the site, there are links for each final exam attempt for your course. Schools are set up for one or three attempts at the final exam. To begin an exam, click on the Final icon. The exam requires a secondary login for security. Q: How do I access my assessment test (MBA, CPC, Accounting Major Test)?

3 A: The assessment tests are accessed through the central registrant site. The link to the site is typically provided by your program or proctored test administrator. Once logged into the site, there are links for your test on the right side of the screen labeled PRE or POST. To being an exam, click on the icon below the PRE or POST label. The exam requires a secondary login for security. Q: How do I complete my test? A: once logged in, the test screen will appear. At the top of the testing screen is the name of the test that you are completing. If the test is timed, a timer will appear on the right side of the screen. To answer a question, make a selection and click on the SAVE button. If you are unsure of the answer, you may also choose SKIP to skip the question. All skipped questions will be loaded after all other questions are answered at the end of the test (time permitting).

4 Q: My test screen has frozen and I cannot progress in the test. How do I proceed to complete my test? A: During a test, your computer is in constant communication with the testing system so a strong internet connection is required. If there is an ebb in your internet connection, the server cannot communicate with your computer and cannot load the next test question. DO NOT TRY TO USE THE REFRESH BUTTON OR BACK BUTTON. Please clear out your browser history and cookies and close out all browser windows. Click on the testing site link and login to the site and test icon again. Once logged back in, the test will resume and indicate Restart at the top and load the remaining questions to complete the test. Q: My screen is displaying cannot load page or too many redirects when I try to access the testing page. What do I do? A: If your browser indicates that it cannot load the page or has too many redirects, the browser s history is retaining URL direct commands that have part of our URL. Please clear out your browser history and cookies and close out all browser windows. Once the process is complete, log back into the testing page again.

5 Q: The test screen is displaying a message Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed.. What does that mean and how to do I continue? A: The message is typically displayed when the testing site login or a test question is displayed and no login is entered or the question is not answered within 10 minutes. Like your financial institution, our site will log you out due to inactivity. Alternatively, the site might be updating a server and access is temporarily unavailable. We suggest that you clear out your history and wait 20 minutes before logging into the system again.
