2 What s New 1 st Term Direct Billing Online credit card payments for direct billed policies PDF Documents can be accessed through the Documents tab Business Requests can now be submitted and documents uploaded through RLink360 Requests can still be ed Multiple Locations Capability Up to 10 locations More than 2 business classes can be added Multiple AI s can be listed on one form for one premium charge, as long as the entities are of common ownership More than 60 characters More insured data is provided on declarations Quick Quote

3 HBI Portal Login and Community HBI Portal provides secure access to producers who do business with RLI Enter the following web address in the URL bar: Enter your Username and Password in the space provided

4 You will be taken to the page you are accustomed to seeing Home business documents can still be accessed on the specialty market page at this time Use either My Communities, at the top of the page, or the Home Business Community button to continue to the new HB Portal Community

5 This Home Business Community view will differ depending upon your role Some portlets will not be available to sub-producers

6 Service Legacy and RLink360 Accounts Enterprise Inquiry is a billing resource, that pulls a detailed history, and can be used for any policy The Policy tab shows: Policy information, Policy term, agent name, premium Billing information provides a history of transactions Endorsements shows endorsement history

7 Payments View billing information, history and outstanding balances and more through Enterprise & Policy Inquiry Make payments through EZ Pay

8 EZ Pay can also be launched from the Home Business Insurance Portal EZ Pay

9 An error will appear if: No premium is due OR Online payment cannot be accepted because the policy is in a cancel status Select support at the bottom of the screen for contact information EZ Pay

10 Launching Rlink360 Select Launch! Under the RLINK360 External Interface box on the Home Business Community Portal page.

11 Navigating the Desktop The Desktop is the first screen shown in RLink360 The Search Tab is immediately visible 5 Tabs line the top row

12 Navigating the Desktop: Search Screen Once an account has been submitted to underwriting it can be found using the Search tab Search by account name, first named insured, policy # or submission # Upon locating the record: Double click the Submission # to view the Submission or Select View Submission or New Application on the bottom right Use * or an asterisk to search similar listings Details in Training #3

13 Navigating the Desktop: In Progress Applications All in-progress applications, which have been saved but not submitted to underwriting, will be listed under In-Progress Applications Users can utilize the Search box to search by Named Insured and can sort by clicking the column headings

14 Navigating the Desktop: Open Submissions All open submissions, submitted to underwriting, will be listed under the Open Submissions tab Sorting is done by clicking the column headings

15 Navigating the Desktop: Policy Repository Bound policies can be found under the Policy Repository tab The accounts can be sorted by clicking any column heading Selecting an entry will open the Policy Detail Screen From here, users can access View Submission, View Account, Submit a Business Request and Loss Run

16 Navigating the Desktop: Submitted Business All submitted business requests are listed under the Submitted Business Requests tab Sorting by Named Insured, Policy Number, Type, Endorsement Date or Submission Number Selecting a Named Insured will bring up the Policy Detail screen Requests

17 Navigating the Desktop Above the tabs there are two controls, visible at all times The RLI Logo Links directly to the RLI Corp Web Page New Application Drop down menu Hover over Home Business Insurance to access Quick Quote or Full Quote

18 Quick Quote is for point of sale use and provides a price indication with partial underwriting Hitting NEXT or the enter key automatically moves you to a full quote as long as all required information is complete Complete fields in General Information, Primary Location Information Insured Name should be entered as the account name Add Business Classes by using the green plus sign This will only appear after you complete the primary location field You may add more than two classes SAVE after entering to generate possible questions To apply Optional Coverages, select Yes or No from the drop down boxes Additional boxes may be generated Using Quick Quote

19 Add any additional locations Indicate any number of additional insureds Select Rate for pricing View Quote provides a preview of the quote letter Save the Quote for future use It will move to In- Progress Applications Navigate here by selecting Desktop on the top menu bar Using Quick Quote

20 Hitting NEXT while in Quick Quote will move you to Full Quote; In order to return back to Quick Quote you must fill out the required information under the Account tab, then select Back Using Quick Quote

21 When starting with a Full Quote you skip the Quick Quote tab and move to the Account tab If you began in Quick Quote, originally, information will copy over, though application information must still be entered Fill out Producer Information and Add Applicant Information Using Full Quote

22 Enter Primary Location and Mailing Information Select a Billing Method Click Save and move forward by using Next View Application or View Quote will be available on the bottom right at all times, under every tab Using Full Quote

23 Answer all questions under the Underwriting Questions tab including #9 and #10, concerning revenues If any question is answered yes or left unanswered you will not be eligible for this coverage and the application should not be submitted Be sure to Save before clicking Next Using Full Quote

24 Designate all Optional Coverages Ensure Primary Location Information is correct, as it transfers from the Account tab Complete BPP Limits & Liabilities Add any additional locations Save and move forward with Next Using Full Quote

25 Complete all questions describing Class Information Add a Business Class with the green plus sign Press Save to generate questions Answer any questions as result of the selection Save and click Next Using Full Quote

26 Add Additional Interests including Additional Insured, Loss Payee and Premium Financed, if applicable Using Full Quote

27 When adding an Additional Insured, be sure to select the International box if you are entering an international address Select Apply after filling all fields Click Save and Next once all Additional Interests have been entered Using Full Quote

28 Using Full Quote In the Rating tab, Coverage Limits are shown To generate a final total, click Rate Save and move forward by selecting Next

29 The Summary tab provides a review of all information entered and generated through the Full Quote process Indicate whether the applicant s signature is included in the Summary Information tab at the bottom of the page If you are ready, Submit Otherwise, the application has been saved from the Rating tab Navigation back to the desktop can be completed by selecting Quick Quote on the top menu bar, then clicking Desktop Using Full Quote

30 Setting Up an Account for 1 st Term Direct Bill When creating a Full Quote: Ensure the correct address is listed when adding applicant information Indicate Billing Method as Direct Bill

31 1st Term Direct Bill Getting Started Upon approval and binding of a policy, the insured will receive an e- mail from designpros@rlicorp.com with a link to EasyPay, an expiration date for the link, and a quote ID *An address MUST have been provided in the Full Quote to receive this Click the link and enter the Quote ID exactly as provided in the The link is valid for 13 days after the submission date Enter the ID and mailing zip code in the areas provided and Continue To request the be sent again contact hbp.processing@rlicorp.com

32 1 st Term Direct Bill Making a Payment Ensure the information regarding the Insured is correct and select Yes Select Payment amount and Payment Method and Continue Input information, verify it is correct on the confirmation page, and check to agree to the terms and conditions Select Pay Now

33 1 st Term Direct Bill Confirmation will be sent to the address provided Status of the policy can be viewed in the Open Submission/Search tabs by searching or sorting with the headings

34 Viewing Billing Information Access Billing Information, Policy Information and Endorsements by utilizing the Enterprise Inquiry. For additional information refer to RLink360 Enterprise Inquiry Training.

35 Document/Application Upload Business Requests Policy Summary View Submission View Policy

36 Document/Application Upload Using the Search tab on the Desktop of RLink360, find the designated submission and click the number Upload Document is located under the Documents tab Browse to find the document, select a category, type and provide a description Upload & Close

37 Document/Application Upload If you upload a document, at this time, notification is required.

38 Submitting Business Requests Business requests can be submitted through RLink360 OR Business requests can be sent via to:

39 Submitting a Business Request Begin by searching for the policy or finding it in the Policy Repository Select the Submission Number or Named Insured after sorting

40 Submitting a Business Request Select Submit a Business Request at the top of the screen and indicate a request type Endorsement Cancellation Reinstatement Provide a: Requested Effective Date A brief description or title for the request This description will attach to endorsements, documents and transaction history for easy finding Add details needed to complete the request such as: Additional Insured s Name, Address and Insurable Interest Reason for Cancellation Notes on whether any supporting documents have been uploaded Any required signature for endorsements will still apply Click Submit Request and a Thank You message will appear

41 Submitting a Business Request If additional documentation needs to be submitted, use the upload feature in the Documents tab Navigate there through View Account on the top bar Select the Documents tab and Upload Document

43 Retrieving a Policy Document To retrieve a policy document utilize the search feature Open the account and select the Documents tab Clicking the Document Name will allow the document to be opened or saved on your computer
