Befre yu can use Bullhrn Mbile, yu must have: An administratr enable Bullhrn Mbile fr yur accunt. One f the fllwing supprted devices with a 3G/4G r wireless internet cnnectin: iphne (ios 5 r later) using the Safari brwser. ipad (ios 5 r later) using the Safari brwser. Devices running the Andrid perating system (versin r later) using the device default brwser. Once enabled, t access Bullhrn Mbile, using yur mbile device's native web brwser, navigate t m.bullhrn.cm and enter yur Bullhrn lgin credentials. Click a link belw t jump t that sectin. 1. 2 Navigatin The Bullhrn Mbile user interface (UI) is mdeled very clsely after the desktp versin f Bullhrn. In the upperright crner, yu have yur menu; click that t view the available pages. T the right f the menu is the Fast Find. Fast Find fr and filter by leads, candidates, cntacts, cmpanies, pprtunities, and jbs. Open and clse the menu. Tap each menu item t pen the list view. Frm each list view, yu can: Filter yur results with full-text keywrd searching and field values (e.g., Status = Active). Srt results by name, date added, r status (when applicable). Add new recrds f that type (e.g., add a new cntact frm the cntact list). Run reprts fr nte, jb, and placement activity. Launch the full bullhrn.cm desktp site (ideal fr tablets).

3 Actin Bullhrn Mbile lets yu cmplete many f the day-t-day actins available t yu in the desktp applicatin. This includes: Frm the list views: View individual recrds by tapping them. Filter and srt recrds by criteria f yur chsing (e.g., nly shw Active cntacts, in rder by the date they were added t the database). Adding new tasks, ntes, and appintments. Adding new leads, candidates, cntacts, pprtunities, and placements. Nte that yu cannt add new cmpanies; therefre, when yu add new cntacts, yu must assciate them with an existing cmpany. NOTES: Frm the recrds themselves, by tapping the Actins buttn at the bttm f the recrd: Editing existing leads, candidates, cntacts, cmpanies, pprtunities, and placements. Cnverting leads t cntacts, cmpanies, and/r pprtunities. Cnverting pprtunities t jbs. Adding ntes, tasks, and appintments. Adding jbs (t a cntact). Adding cntacts (t a cmpany). Adding internal submissins (frm a candidate r jb). The tearsheet and submissin lists are currently read-nly (meaning, yu cannt add new tearsheets/submissins frm these lists). Hwever, remember that yu can add new submissins directly frm the candidate r jb recrd. Adding Recrds (leads, candidates, cntacts, pprtunities, and placements) is nly available with Mbile Premium (i.e., Bullhrn Enterprise Editin)

4 Filtering and Srting As in the desktp applicatin, frm each Bullhrn Mbile list view, yu can narrw yur results with specific criteria. Simply tap the Filter ptin at the bttm f the screen: And then enter yur keywrds (cmma-separated terms r Blean) at the tp and/r tap each sectin t expand and select yur criteria. Reprting Bullhrn Mbile ffers three dashbard reprts: Placements (Enterprise/Mbile Premium Only) - displays the number f placements in each status. Yu can filter this reprt by date range, wnership (f either the referenced jb r the candidate, since placements technically d nt have wners), and emplyment type. Jbs (Enterprise/Mbile Premium Only) - displays the number f jbs in each status. Yu can filter this reprt by date range, wnership, and pen/clsed. Ntes - displays the number f ntes with each nte actin. Yu can filter this reprt by date range and wnership.
