NUCLeUS OR is a digital clear-touch control panel that gives the surgeon control over all OR equipment. The platform includes many flexible visualization options such as switching to multiple monitors in full screen, picture-in-picture or in multi-split. Smart apps Data Management NUCLeUS Archive This is a safe and secure data management suite allowing recordings to be reviewed, edited and annotated. NUCLeUS introduces a unique feature- a simultaneous recording function. It provides convenient archiving of all patient and image data, while recordings can be seamlessly integrated with PACS, EPR and HIS. The surgeon can record multiple sources at the same time and can even postpone the choice of recording quality until after the intervention. High-quality clips suitable for presentations as well as archivingquality clips can be launched at the same time can be used flexibly at a later stage. Telestration Tool Besides bi-directional audio & video communication, the NUCLeUS platform is offering users a telestration tool. It allows you to annotate video streams remotely and share these annotations in real-time with the OR. Clinicians can ask a colleague (located outside the OR) for a second opinion. Through a secured login, this colleague can access the telestration tool, annotate remotely the shared live image & as a result the annotations can be shown in realtime within the OR. 7 Vascularization App The Vascularization App gives you a clear and highlighted view of all vascular structures, without being submerged in the surrounding tissue. This App mimics the human ability to identify veins and vessels. Just like a human observer could take a pen and trace the vessels frame by frame, this App recognizes patterns. The combination of pattern recognition algorithms, and digital processing, makes it possible to automate this process and do this in real-time adding it to a video stream. Encoders & Decoders Single Cable Solution IP (Internet Protocol) is the most open and standardized system of communication. IP technology offers hospitals a reliable and flexible investment with a high return. With nothing more than one IP cable between two NUCLeUS boxes, you can secure all required multimedia data, video, and power (in case of copper cable and usage of PoE+). Original Filtered Stabilization App In laparoscopic surgery, angled laparoscopes are used to improve the viewing range by rotating the scope, effectively changing the viewing direction. The stabilization App compensates for shifts in orientation of video from a handheld surgical endoscopic camera due to movements of the surgeon s hand position. Video remains stable and correctly oriented, irrespective of rotational movements. This is not only useful for assisting surgeons but is also a valuable asset for teaching. Overview screen for efficient OR management Mosaic With MOSAIC NUCLeUS offers a composite view of multiple video streams coming from different OR s (e.g. room camera). The labels, size of the tiles and the position on the display can be configured based on the requirements of the hospital. Typically MOSAIC is used to visualize the status of every OR (in use, being cleaned, available for a new intervention, etc.) outside the OR in OR planning office or the head nurse office. ensor Preconfigured Server ensor is a plug-and-play appliance, developed for cost efficiency and rapid deployment.
