3 3 Intrductin What is Cliffrd Chance Anywhere? Cliffrd Chance Anywhere (CCA) is a service that enables access t the Cliffrd Chance envirnment frm almst any Internet cnnected cmputer. CCA can be used t access Outlk, SharePint DMS, as well as the Cliffrd Chance Intranet. Refer t the Cliffrd Chance Anywhere (CCA) tipsheet fr further guidelines and infrmatin n using CCA. XenDesktp XenDesktp will eventually replace Citrix and gives yu standard access t a generic Cliffrd Chance desktp and cre applicatins such as SharePint. GTMyDesktp is a feature f XenDesktp that allws yu t take cmplete cntrl f yur PC n yur desk frm anywhere else. This will give yu full access t all f the applicatins installed n yur PC, as if yu were at yur desk. Hw d I use XenDesktp? Launch Internet Explrer navigate t [Enter] Under the CCA heading, select the regin clsest t yur ffice Fr users in America, please select either Nrth America r Suth America.

Enter yur details as required, using yur RSA tken: User name: Emplyee ID number Passwrd: Netwrk (cmputer) passwrd Passcde: If using a sft tken enter 8 digit cde If using a physical tken enter PIN + 6 digits Click Sign In Hw d I leave my wrk cmputer s I may lg n at hme? If yu are leaving the ffice and are thinking f wrking frm hme, yu can restart yur PC in the usual way, befre leaving the ffice. Hw d I get access t GTMyDesktp? Yu will have three icns available t yu, r pssibly mre depending n yur rle. Select the black icn which crrespnds t yur PC name e.g. LONW Warning! If yu use GTMyDesktp, when yu return t the ffice yu may find yur PC unrespnsive. If this happens, press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Delete] t be presented with the familiar lgin prmpt this returns cntrl t yur lcal keybard, muse and screen and allws yu t access yur lcked sessin. If unable t cnnect t yur PC by clicking n the black icn (PC name), yu will be able t cnnect via yur XenDesktp virtual PC, that will present yu with a Windws 7 desktp fr use. Select the black icn XenDesktp Virtual PC The XenDesktp Virtual PC wrks in the same way as the CCA3 versin f Citrix. Therefre, anything saved t the Virtual PC will nly be available when yu lg in using this methd. The saved dcuments will nt appear n yur desktp in the ffice. Printing When printing a dcument, if the Cpitrak dialgue bx appears, please use either a nn-billable cde t print yur dcument, r a billable cde if it is client related.

5 5 Internet Cnnectin Please nte, if yu have a pr internet cnnectin, the perfrmance f the XenDesktp will als be pr. Wrking with the XenDesktp tlbar Within the XenDesktp windw, yu will have the XenDesktp tlbar this will help yu navigate arund the windw. The windw can be maximised, s that yur desktp is full screen, r yu can have it slightly minimised in rder t see yur lcal cmputer desktp in the backgrund. Hw d I use the tlbar? In rder t view the tlbar: Hver ver the dtted buttn Hw t I return t the hme screen? T mve between yur cmputer desktp and yur wrk desktp Click Hme Hw d I lck my desktp? Within yur wrk desktp, select the dtted buttn [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Delete] Hw d I lg ff? Yu can Exit r Clse all applicatins Frm the XenDesktp tlbar, select Discnnect This will end yur sessin and the PC in the ffice will be lcked. Using XenDesktp n an ipad Yu can access CC Anywhere n an Apple ipad by installing the Citrix Receiver applicatin. These instructins are valid fr the ipad. Once yu have installed the Citrix Receiver, yu can either access CC Anywhere n the ipad frm the Safari brwser r the Citrix applicatin. Hw d I install the Citrix receiver? Nte: Yu must have an itunes accunt in rder t dwnlad and install the Citrix Receiver.

6 6 Open App Stre frm ipad desktp search fr Citrix Receiver Press INSTALL The applicatin will then dwnlad and install adding the Citrix Icn t yur desktp. Select Open Receiver Hw d I use XenDesktp? Refer t the step by step instructins set ut abve in the sectin: Hw d I use XenDesktp? Hw d I use the XenDesktp tlbar n an ipad? The tlbar will differ slightly than when using XenDesktp n a desktp cmputer. There will be additinal ptins fr using a virtual keybard r muse.
