Signature is a web-based tl built by OIT, and allws yu t manage infrmatin abut yurself, like: Bigraphical Infrmatin Educatinal Infrmatin Prfessinal Infrmatin Etc. Signature lets yu share that infrmatin with ther applicatins, like the Baylr website (the first Signaturecnnected app).
