3 graphyne2 software suite is a complete family of solutions designed for pay-tv in online, hybrid and broadcast environments. The family consists of graphyne2 Multiscreen, graphyne2 Android and graphyne2 Hybrid to cover all business scenarios. All three solutions have consistent user experience (UX/UI) and are managed by a single graphyne2 Application Server (service delivery platform or SDP). 7 Multiroom Solution graphyne2 STB middleware G2 OS provides an additional unique functionality of streaming content from one STB to other STBs, as well as to mobile devices, in a multiroom environment. It allows pay-tv operator to offer premium content to multiple devices at home. This functionality is an addition to the capability of streaming content directly from the OTT back-end, which by default is provided from the cloud and allows integration with third party VOD and other services. Alternatively, the G2 OS can provide the multiroom service based on STB proximity control. In this case, the boxes are connected in one LAN, see each other s presence and only then release the content. No content is streamed between the STBs.
