The Modernization Challenge Skyhook's teams had been looking to modernize the tools they used, as their legacy tool setup was unable to offer the flexibility the teams needed to work in an agile, adaptive way. As the Atlassian products are designed with teamwork and flexibility in mind, they were the ideal tools for Skyhook to adopt. JIRA Software JIRA is the #1 software development tool used by agile teams, largely thanks to the flexibility, scalability and visibility it brings. JIRA Software allows teams to track any unit of work (be it an issue, bug, story, project task) through a predefined workflow. It is this system of ticket tracking that allows the Skyhook teams to organize tasks in backlogs, and give those tasks value-driven prioritization.
