4 Preface This document provides step-by-step instructions to install the OFSPCD Applications Pack one-off release. This chapter discusses the following topics: Audience Recommended Environment Related Documents Conventions Used Audience Oracle Financial Services Price Creation and Discovery Application Pack Installation and Configuration Guide is intended for administrators, and implementation consultants who are responsible for installing and maintaining the application pack components. Prerequisites for the Audience The document assumes that you have experience in installing Enterprise components and basic knowledge about the following is recommended. 6 1 OFS Price Creation and Discovery Application Pack Release This maintenance level release of OFS Price Creation and Discovery Application Pack is cumulative and includes all enhancements and bug fixes done since the OFS Price Creation and Discovery Application Pack v release. 1.1 Supported Software Versions The following table shows the minimum hardware and software requirements for installing OFS Price Creation and Discovery Application Pack. Configuration of Directory services software for OFSAAI installation is optional. For more information on configuration, see Infrastructure LDAP Configuration. Open LDAP needs to be installed on MS Windows Server machine only. 1.2 Pre Installation Requirements You should have OFS PCD as the minimum patch set level. Download the one-off patch from My Oracle Support. Download the one-off patch from My Oracle Support. NOTE: You can refer to Technology Matrix, for latest Hardware and Software Requirements. 8

9 1.3 Applying the Maintenance Level Release Refer to the following steps to load the existing customer data and apply the maintenance level release: 1. This release of OFS PCD is available for download in MOS as Patch You need to have a valid Oracle account in order to download the software. Download the installer for OFS PCD. Stop all the OFS PCD services. 2. Unzip patch file OFS_PM_ _LINUX.zip. 3. From the folder OFS_PM_PACK/OFS_PM/conf/, update the params.conf file and change the values for UPLOAD_MODEL=1 and MODEL_TYPE=0 to perform model upload process. 4. Grant RWX (777) permissions for all executables (.sh files). 5. Run OFS_PM_PACK/OFSAAIUpdate.sh. Check if the patch is applied successfully (script would report errors if any). Check the OFS_PM_PACK/logs/OFSAAIUpdate.log file. Contact support.oracle.com if you face any errors. 6. In the command prompt navigate to the $FIC_WEB_HOME directory of WEB Layer and type./ant.sh. This will trigger the creation of WAR/EAR file-<contextname>.war. 7. The WAR/EAR file - <contextname>.war - is created in $FIC_WEB_HOME directory of WEB Layer. 8. On completion of WAR/EAR file creation, the message "BUILD SUCCESSFUL" will be displayed. 9. Stop the webserver and all OFSAA services. 10. Take the backup of WAR/EAR file deployed. 11. Deploy the Newly created WAR/EAR file in webserver. 12. Clear the webserver cache. 13. Start the OFSAAI WEB Server and OFSSAA services. 14. Log out after enabling the CSRF. 9

10 17. Connect to config schema and update the column ENABLE_SQL_SEC VARCHAR2 (1 CHAR) DEFAULT 'N' as Y in Forms_master table. 18. Log into PCD application. 10
