7 Introduction What we have done in Liferay DXP We have introduced in Liferay DXP several improvements in the Web and Mobility suites that we will see in this webinar. Our objective has been to help you work toward the goal of providing unique cross-touchpoint experiences to your customers. We have built a platform to integrate all your web and mobile online experience in a single place. Important statistics to consider 3 out of 4 Internet users are using their mobile devices to access websites 63% of users experiencing problem performing a mobile transaction are less willing to buy that brand through any other channel.

WEM & Mobile in Liferay DXP and UX improvements User case Some challenges they have: Westeros Bank is a financial company that has built its corporate and intranet sites using a Digital Experience Platform, specifically Liferay DXP Update website information Upload images with the content Assure that the contents can be visualized correctly in mobiles, tablets, kiosk, or other any device Personalize the content according to user preference and behaviour in each channel

WEM & Mobile in Liferay DXP and UX improvements Web Experience Management in Liferay DXP - Demo Liferay DXP has re-designed and simplified the user interface, both from the system administration and content creation points of view, so the sites created can be easily used by non-technical profiles.

Personalized web and mobile experience To deliver personalized experiences to customers through the right channel is crucial to differentiate our company from the others in the online environment. Liferay DXP response Audience Targeting A Liferay DXP component to encourage the segmentation of content. We have added the following improvements: New user segmentation capabilities (available for both anonymous users and for authenticated users) Ability to generate rules based on custom fields that we generate for our specific use case Report generator associated with our campaigns to obtain more detail in the follow-up of the campaigns

13 Part 2. Personalized web and mobile experience Demo Westeros Bank needs to start a campaign to try to engage customers to use more often the site and promote online banking. In this campaign, the bank is offering a discount to the group of users that haven t access to the online banking services for a while.

Mobile Development: Mobile SDK, Screens, Push Liferay DXP incorporates a complete mobility suite in which three main products stand out and that would help to build the app using the same backend: Liferay Mobile SDK: A service layer that Liferay has always exposed with all the information being managed. It provides session management, security, JSON, etc. to facilitate the development of mobile APPs, both native and hybrid, that need to access the data managed in Liferay Liferay Screens: Built on Mobile SDK, Liferay Screens provides a set of components (more than 20 screenlets in its current version), to facilitate the development of native mobile applications for Android and ios Liferay Push: The functionality to send push notifications natively to mobile devices, equally compatible with Android and IOS

Mobile Development: Mobile SDK, Screens, Push Mobile suite Demo Coming back to Westeros Bank campaign, let s see how the app looks like for inactive users, when visualizing content through the app, in a mobile device and how companies can take advantage of using a single platform to offer a seamless experience.
