4 ArcExplorer -- Java Edition 9.0 on Linux-Intel Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES 3.0 Linux-Intel Operating System: Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES 3.0 Service Packs/Patches: Update 2 or higher Architecture: x86 architecture (32-bit) OPERATING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ArcExplorer-Java is only supported on Linux x86, on CPUs that adhere to the x86 architecture (32-bit), with supported Linux releases. It is a requirement that the OS (binary) has not been modified. ESRI does not provide any support if products are installed on Developer's Release of an Operating System. The linux patches from RHEL AS/ES will be supported as long as the patches are supported and originate from Red Hat without any modification to the latest kernel/glibc version. JRE versions greater than are unknown to work at this time.
