2 Overview This document will guide you on how to view your account movement, balance, statement and deposit summary via CMS-i. 3 Section 1: Getting Started Before proceed to Soft Token Register, user must download Soft Token Application at mobile phone. 1.1(i) Download Soft Token Application (ios Application) Step 1: Go to App Store Step 2: Search Al Rajhi Soft Token > click GET (Install) alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 2

6 Step 6: Al Rajhi Soft Token shortcut will be added at mobile phone Home Page. Proceed to First Time Activation (new user) or Soft Token Register (existing user) Step 7: Please ensure your mobile device timing is set to Set Automatically (Setting General Date and Time) alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 5

7 1.1(ii) Download Soft Token Application (Android Application) Step 1: Go to Play Store Step 2: Search Al Rajhi Soft Token > click Icon Al Rajhi Soft Token Step 3: Click Install alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 6

9 Step 6: Al Rajhi Soft Token main page Step 7: Al Rajhi Soft Token shortcut will be added at mobile phone Home Page. Proceed to First Time Activation (new user) or Soft Token Register (existing user) Step 8: Please ensure your mobile device timing is set to Automatic date and time (Setting Date and Time) alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 8

10 1.2 First Time Activation Only applicable for first time user. Kindly ensure that user has received the Pin Number for First Time Activation via . Step 1: Click Login at the Cash Management Services-i or Step 2: Step 3: Enter details of Company ID & User ID Click icon First Time Activation alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 9

11 Step 4: Enter Company ID, User ID, IC Number/Passport Number & Pin Number > Submit Step 5: Validation screen will be shown. Click on next to receive One Time Password (OTP) in the user s registered alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 10

12 Step 6: Insert the One Time Password (OTP) received via > Click Submit Step 7: Create new password and Confirm Password > Submit alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 11

13 Step 8: Click OK > System will redirect user back to Login Page Step 9: Proceed to Soft Token Registration alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 12

14 1.3 Soft Token Registration Step 1: Click Login at the Cash Management Services-i or Step 2: Step 3: Input Company ID, User ID & Password Click icon Soft Token Registration alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 13

15 Step 4: Company ID and Login ID will be automatically shown > Click Submit Step 5: Click Next Step 6: User will receive One Time Password (OTP) via alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 14

16 Step 7: Input One Time Password (OTP) in the box provided > Click Submit Step 8: QR Code or Account and Unique Code will be automatically shown Step 9: Click icon Al Rajhi Soft Token at mobile phone alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 15

17 Step 9: Click Add Account > Scan the QR Code at the displayed PC s screen or Enter Account and Unique Code manually Step 10: Token One Time Password (T-OTP) will be generated in the Soft Token Applications alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 16

18 Step 11: Insert the Token One Time Password (T-OTP) in the box provided > Click Submit Step 12: NOTE : Click OK and proceed to login the system Please proceed to login the system for first time after complete the Soft Token registration within 15 minutes, OTHERWISE THE SOFT TOKEN REGISTRATION IS CONSIDERED INVALID and user will not able to login at all. User is required to repeat the same step of 1.3 Soft Token Registration alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 17

19 Step 13: Step 14: Go to Login page Input Client ID, User ID, password and T-OTP** (**T-OTP to be generated via the Soft Token Applications each time login or during authorization) alrajhicashbiz24seven P a g e 18
