3 1. Overview Remting Sftware Develpment Kit (Remting SDK) cntains API headers, sample cde and runtime binaries t enable GPU-accelerated capture and remting f virtual desktps. This SDK prvides an interface fr applicatin develpers t capture and cmpress desktp r full screen applicatin n Windws OS (Fr list f supprted OS, refer t SDK release ntes). Remting SDK is designed fr remting slutins n an Intel Xen E3 platfrms with Intel Iris Pr Graphics in Physical desktp r Virtualized cnfiguratin(fr list f supprted platfrms, refer t SDK release ntes). Remting SDK gives develper ability t fully cntrl the cnfiguratin f the stream t prvide high quality, lw latency settings thrughut the streaming prcess. SDK handles asynchrnus encding f the frame buffer as a H.264 r uncmpressed frames. Primary Remting SDK features are: Virtual Display Cnfiguratin: Cnfiguratin f remte displays n custm reslutin setting, dynamically create and destry virtual displays, Inject client side EDID t cnfigure hst displays and query platfrm capabilities. Display Capture: Capture frame buffer as RGB4/NV12/ID3D11Texture2D surface t system memry. Blcking capture feature t wait n screen updates (with timeut). Capture int Intel Quick Sync vide cmpressin fr lw latency encde. Capture HW Cursr n a separate stream t blend with desktp image n the clientend. Cmpressin: Lw latency H.264 encde using Intel Quick Sync including Regin f Interest (ROI) Texture encding using GPU. Decmpressin: Lw latency H.264 decde using Intel Quick Sync.
