1 Account Information Account Information Account Information provides access to manage contact information, passwords, and other account settings for CTB Quote Plus. Account Information is located on the Navigation Ribbon. 2 My Profile Page My Profile Page Options My Profile Page The My Profile page provides individual profile data, default settings, and the change password functionality. This section details options and settings available on the My Profile page. My Profile Page Options 1. Locate Account Information along the Navigation Ribbon. 2. Click the Account Information drop-down arrow to expand the menu. 3. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu. The My Profile page opens with two sections available: My Profile and Application Settings. My Profile section provides individual profile data and the Change Password button Application Settings section identifies default CTB Quote Plus settings for your profile 2
3 My Profile Page My Profile Section My Profile Section The My Profile section provides the Change Password functionality and profile information. Change Password 1. Click on the Change Password button 2. The Change Password popup appears. Change the Password in the Password field. 3. Confirm the new Password by typing the new Password again in the Confirm field (Passwords are case sensitive). 4. Click OK to save changes. 5. Click Cancel to close the Change Password popup without saving changes. The Change Password popup is not an auto-save screen. If the screen is canceled or closed with the upper right X, the changes are not saved. To save Password changes, click on the OK button. 3
4 My Profile Page My Profile Section My Profile Information Fields The My Profile section lists individual Profile contact information and other default fields for the logged in user. Contact fields (e.g., Name, , Phone) will auto-fill in Quotes, Orders and Reports. Field names are described below. Update contact information fields, as applicable. Some fields in the My Profile section may be grayed out and not editable. Contact your administrator regarding questions on grayed out fields. First Name required field * that can be updated Last Name required field * that can be updated User ID //informative CTB Quote Plus identification field cannot be edited// Representative Type // defined by administrator, identifies the CTB Quote Plus profile type// Select Representative // defined by administrator, applicable only to Contractor profiles// Only see my Quotes/Orders //defined by administrator, this checkbox identifies if all Quotes and Orders are visible or if only Quotes and Orders created under your profile are visible// required field * for password reset purposes. will auto-fill in CTB Quote Plus form fields, where applicable (e.g., Reports and Order screens) Phone optional contact field that will auto-fill CTB Quote Plus form fields, where applicable Fax optional contact field that will auto-fill CTB Quote Plus form fields, where applicable Mobile optional contact field that will auto-fill CTB Quote Plus form fields, where applicable Markup/Margin to Contractor //defined by administrator, only applies to Contractor profiles// Pricing Display Option //defined by administrator, Pricing Display Option identifies the default pricing view for Quotes. The Pricing Display Option also affects the view on reports and the ability to adjust price information provided on adjust price screens. // Ensure that the field is correct. is auto-filled on Quotes, Orders, and for ing Reports. is also used for password resets from the CTB Quote Plus Login screen. 4
5 My Profile Page Application Settings Section Application Settings Section The Application Settings section provides basic CTB Quote Plus options. Some fields may be grayed out and not editable, as defined by the administrator. Language at this time, CTB Quote Plus Language field only offers English. Order Privilege 1. The Order Privilege field identifies the ability to process an Order in CTB Quote Plus //this field is set by the administrator and may be grayed out and not editable//. Convert Quotes to Orders identifies that assigned profile can convert Quotes to Orders None indicates that there is no permission to submit Orders for the profile. Default Landing Page 2. The Default Landing Page sets the default opening page when CTB Quote Plus is launched. Home opens the Home page with one-click access tiles to CTB Quote Plus pages Orders opens CTB Quote Plus to the Order Search page Quotes opens CTB Quote Plus to the Quote Search page Manage Users The Manage Users field identifies if the profile can manage other users (checked if true) // this field is set by the administrator and may be grayed out and not editable//. 5
6 My Company Profile Page My Company Profile Page Options My Company Profile Page My Company Profile identifies the settings and options available at the Company level. My Company Profile Page Options 1. Locate Account Information along the Navigation Ribbon and select My Company Profile from the drop-down menu. 2. The My Company Profile page opens with two sections available: My Company Profile section and the My Company Profile Action tabs. 3. My Company Profile section displays default Company profile information. 4. My Company Profile Action tabs: options for Locations, Default Terms, and Representatives. 6

My Company Profile Fields Dealer No //Defaulted Milgard field// Name Company Name used for reports Address 1 Delivery address information Address 2 Additional address information Cross Street Provide a cross street for more accurate Ship-To delivery City standard address data State standard address data Zip Code standard address data Country standard address data ERPID //Defaulted Milgard field// Status //Defaulted Milgard field// Type //Defaulted Milgard field// Phone standard Company Contact information standard Company Contact information Fax standard Company Contact information Mfg Base Currency //Defaulted Milgard field// Dealer Currency //Defaulted Milgard field// Exchange Rate //Defaulted Milgard field// Grayed out fields in My Company Profile cannot be edited except by Milgard or an administrator, as indicated. 7
8 My Company Profile Page My Company Profile Tabs My Company Profile Tabs This sections describes the options available for tabs on the My Company Profile page. Locations Tab The Locations tab provides a search grid listing of any Dealer-defined location(s). Standard search functionality applies. No actions are available on the read-only list. One or more Locations may exist. Default Terms Tab Default Terms save time by setting global Pricing and Business Terms. Global Default Terms (e.g., taxes, markups) appear on all new Customers and Quotes. Terms remain editable and can be changed, individually, for each Quote or Customer. Best practice is to set global standards in Default Terms. Representatives Tab The Representatives tab provides visibility of all Representatives with CTB Quote Plus profiles at your Dealer. Standard search functionality applies. No actions are available on the read-only list. 8
9 Account Information Help Menu Option Help Menu Option The Help option on the Account Information drop-down menu provides a link to the CTB Quote Plus User s Guide. Select the Help link to open the User s Guide. The User s Guide is provided in PDF format. Browser settings can affect the way PDF s are viewed. Depending on browser settings and/or preferences, the PDF may open in a new window or download to your Downloads folder. Check the Downloads folder if the User Guide does not open in a new window. Log Off Menu Option The Log Off option on the Account Information drop-down menu ends a CTB Quote Plus session. Browser Cache 1. Log Off and close the browser, prior to logging back in, to resolve most web application cache issues. 2. Manually clear the browser cache to resolve unexpected application behavior. Browsers will cache web pages in order to load them more rapidl for future visits. Caching can interfere with updated information available from web applications. Best practice is to clear browser cache occasionally. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys (full keyboard Delete), simultaneously, to clear the cache in most browsers. Close and reopen the browser prior to logging into applications. //See Troubleshooting for browser Menu options to clear cache.// Browser Cache 9
