1 USER GUIDE for Simon Malls On-Line Resource Center SimonResourceCenter.com

2 Welcome to the Online Resource Center for printing and fulfillment. You have access to this site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This brief tutorial will walk you through the steps of placing an order online. NOTE: As with all shopping cart style websites, once you have logged in, DO NOT use the back and forward buttons in your web browser. DO use the appropriate link on each page to navigate back and forth. If you have any questions, please feel free to us for technical support at webhelp.simon@morprinting.com. SET UP. The Online Resource Center will function with any Web Browser such as Internet Explorer. If you experience any functionality issues with Explorer, please notify webhelp.simon@morprinting.com. We will promptly settings that will help the functionality.

3 ACCESS SITE AND LOG ON. Sign in is easy Just go to SimonResourceCenter.com (BOOKMARK or SAVE TO FAVORITES). Your Username and Password is pre-assigned. The Username is the Mall Name as it appears on the front of your directory, the Password is simon (lower case). 2. After signing in, click on MALL DIRECTORY Order your customizable Mall Directories HERE! 2

4 SELECT ITEM TO ORDER. First, select a directory to order from by clicking once on the name of the directory. *PERSONALIZE YOUR ORDER This page is divided into two sections: Form and Proof. FORM : Retrieving information from the previous directory. This will save time.. To retrieve specific directory information from the previous directory, Click Autofill Options.

5 2. A new window will open. You will see a list of your saved versions If you have more than one version available, you may need to check the All Products box to see data that was saved for another layout.

6 FORM : Editing directory information. Make any necessary updates.. Highlight the information that must be changed and re-type. This can be accomplished in any field within the Form section (Hours, Phone, Store Names, Store Locations) 2. Update the cover image by clicking Browse and choosing the image for the new season. 3. To upload an ad(s). Click Browse to see a library of available ads, or Click Upload to place an ad from your desktop. 4. Regarding logo colors, choose a white logo for cover image with a dark background or a black logo for a cover image with a light background. Depending on the available covers, you may only see one option. 5. In the category listings, the character ~ (to the left of the on your keyboard) is used to control the column alignment. This means that: JCPenny~200 will look like: JCPenny Sears~00 Sears

7 SAVE YOUR UPDATED INFORMATION. As with any new document, SAVE! We recommend using the date for easy reference. It is not necessary to include your mall name, as your mall s login is the only one that can see this information.

8 PROOF YOUR ORDER. Press the button in the Proof section. This will generate your directory. 2. Click the Open PDF button to see a larger, high resolution proof. (NOTE: YOU MUST VIEW THE PDF TO SEE BOTH SIDES OF THE DIRECTORY) 2

9 Please CAREFULLY proofread the PDF file to make sure there are no errors. Once your order is printed it will not be possible to make changes.

10 ADD ITEM TO CART. Click the checkbox at the bottom of the page to verify you have proofed and approve your order. 2. Choose the order quantity that you would like to order. 3. Click the Add to Cart button. 2 3

11 REVIEW CART (or ORDER ADDITIONAL ITEMS) When you click Add to Cart, the web site will bring you to your current shopping cart.. To ADD additional items to the cart: Click the Back to Catalog link at the bottom left of the screen or the Catalog tab at the top. 2. To DELETE items from the cart: Click once of the trash can icon next to the item you wish to remove. 3. To VIEW an item in the cart: Click once on the item name to view a preview or a PDF. 4. To ORDER the item(s) in the cart: Click once on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom right

12 ENTER SHIPPING INFORMATION. Complete the Use a New Address section on the right. 2. To create an address(s) that can be saved for the future, or to choose from a pre-populated address list, click Select Address on the left. The Corporate address book will contain a list of store addresses OR you may create and save a customized Personal Address book. 3. If you are in the address book, after selecting your desired ship address and shipping method, click the Continue button. 4. To complete the Shipping page, click Continue Order. 2, 3 4

13 ENTER BILLING INFORMATION. Enter the BILL TO information and Payment Method in this screen. 2. Click once on the Continue Order button at the bottom of the screen. 2

14 REVIEW ORDER Use this page to carefully review your order details. To modify the SHIP TO address, click once on Change next to the words Ship To. To modify the BILL TO address, click once on Change next to the words Bill To. PLEASE NOTE: Your order has NOT yet been placed. To finalize your order, click ONCE on the Finish Order button at the bottom of the page. ORDER SUMMARY Your order has been placed successfully when you see this last screen. For your records, you may print out this page by clicking the print this page button at the upper right. CHECKING ORDER STATUS You can log back in to the web site at any time to check the status of your order.. Open the browser and go to 2. Log in again and click Check My Orders at the top of the page. 3. Set the first date to any date on or before the date when the order was placed. 4. Click once on the Search button to view all orders placed within the date range specified.
