C1148 error code is displayed if you make a copy while receiving a print job. 2. Copy mode settings cannot be changed while the Memory Recall mode is active. 3. When copying with Finishing functions, the copied paper comes out face down. If letter head paper is used, the mark will be located at face down and 180 turned position. 4. If selecting mixed original detection and corner stapling functions, the following fault may occur: Incorrect stapling position, Incorrect Date and Page number position. 5. If you select Non Sort Mode, place an original on the Glass and make a copy with Zoom ratio of or less, the Original Document will only be copied partially. 6. If you select Invoice paper size and select the staple/punch features, the print job will be deleted. 7. With copiers being equipped with a Pi5501 controller the scan function does not work if the specified cassette runs out of paper. 8. Under Pi 5501 being connected to the copier the cover function does not work if the paper for the cover sheet is not loaded into the drawer. In this case the print job from the PC is canceled 9. Under Pi 5501 connected to the copier and after the FN-5 Elevator Tray detects overload the print job from the PC will be canceled. 10. Under Pi5501 connected to the copier and installed "PageScope Light" the following problem may occur: After the paper was removed from the filled Elevator Tray "PageScope Light" does not receive a feedback. In this case the print job from the PC will be canceled. 11. If the Scan key is pressed after the maximum amount of jobs has been achieved, a C1083 error code may be displayed. 12. If in the administrator mode a limitation of 100 Accounts has been selected the following situation may occur: In duplex mode a higher limit of copies is possible. 13. After setting the "Image Stamping" a setting of the Image Density is not possible. 14. In the Tech.Rep.Mode the setting Orientation Change is possible but the function ON or OFF cannot be selected. Double Click Fiery Downloader icon to start up. 2. Select your FieryX3 55 [TCP/IP] from Choose Printer Device dialog box and then click OK. 3. The Fiery X3 55BW-M Status window will appear.

The scanner freezes if a paper jam occurs during Twain scanning. The message Paper Jam is displayed. 2. The Scan simultaneously causes a Print. 3. The printer controller hangs up if FieryScan2 couldn t complete the scan job while a copy job is released at scan mode. 4. Scan with EDH: Copier and printer controller hang up after the following procedure: Enter into Scan mode and set the papers onto EDH. The paper moves on the glass of the copier. The following message is shown on the LCD: Remove the paper on the glass. Open the EDH and remove the paper from the glass Push the Copy Button. After that, copier and printer controller hang up during the scanning procedure. All these patches are related to the scan function and will fix, after uploading to the Fiery X3 55BW-M, the following bugs: Aktualisierungs-Patches für die Systemsoftware Vers der Fiery X3 55BW-M. Diese Patches sind für die Scan-Funktion bestimmt und müssen auf die Fiery X3 55BW-M installiert werden. Patch The countermeasure for the following problems has been implemented. Folgende Probleme werden mit den Patches behoben 1-1 YTM7 1. Scanner freeze when TWAIN scan paper jam occurs. Der Scanner bleibt stehen wenn während des TWAIN-Scan ein Papierstau auftritt. 2. Problems when Print/Scan is simultaneously used. Probleme bei der gleichzeitigen Verwendung von Print und Scan. 3. Server hung after FieryScan2 couldn t complete scan while copier is in scan mode. Der Server hängt sich auf wenn während des Scan-Vorgangs ein Kopierjob gestartet wurde. 1-1 ZN66 Copier and Printer controller hang up after the following procedure: Der Kopierer und Printer-Kontroller bleibt bei bei folgender Vorgehensweise hängen: 1. Enter into Scan mode and set the papers onto EDH, when paper is remained on the Glass of the copier. Start des Scan-Modes und Einlegen von Papier in den EDH, wenn noch Papier auf der Glasscheibe des Kopierers liegt. 2. Then, Remove the paper on the Glass message is shown on LCD. Es erscheint die folgende Meldung im Display: Papier vom Originalglas entfernen. 3. Open the EDH and remove the paper from the glass. Öffnen Sie den EDH und entfernen Sie das Papier von der Glasplatte. 4. Push the copy button. After that, Copier and Printer controller hang up during scanning procedure. Nach Drücken der Kopier-Taste bleiben der Kopierer und der Printer-Kontroller während des Scan-Vorgangs hängen. 1-1T6RG 1. Scanned jobs are always reported as 600 dpi, regardless of the of the resolution value entered during scanning. Alle Scanjobs werden mit 600dpi gescannt unabhängig von der Auflösung, die eingegeben wurde. 2. When the resolution is set lower than 600 dpi, WebScan and Fiery Scan indicate always A3 paper format Wenn die Auflösung kleiner 600dpi geändert wird, kann bei WebScan und Fiery Scan nur DIN A3 Format erkannt werden 3. Letter size scanned images with the set resolution as less then 599 DPI are corrupted when using Webscan to save to PDF format. 2. A4 size scanned images with all resolutions are corrupted when using Webscan to save to PDF format. 3. Letter size image scans as A3 size when using Webscan to do a copier initiated scan. 4. Fiery Freezes when initiating a scan with a document in the ADF while an different document is located on the platen glass. 5. Continuous Paper Jams in the ADF while initiating scanning will freeze the Fiery. 6. Simultaneous printing and scanning will freeze the Fiery with the copier in Copy Mode. 7. If copier is in Scan Mode, a incomplete scan will freeze FieryScan2. 8. Webscan will show as A3 with scans in the following sizes: 11x17, A3, A4, A4-R, and Letter-R. 9. FieryScan 2 scan cannot be resumed after paper jam in the ADF. 10. Job Lock feature may not work after installing patch "1-1T6RG". 11. Job Log issues with patch 1-2JD89 SOLUTION : 1-2MOGJ.ps This Patch includes the bug fixes of all previous Patches.
