2 Instructions for Downloading the Client 1. Open your browser and enter: 2. Once the Customer Support page opens, navigate to P&C Agents or P&C Companies and choose Agency-Company Interface. 3. Once that page opens, click on the link.net Version Click Save in the resulting window and save the file to the PC or server where Transfer Manager.NET will be installed. 5. Once the file has been saved to your PC or server, double click the file to launch the install process. 6. Click Run in the resulting window, if prompted. Revision date: 4/2/2009 2

3 New Installation 1. Click Next on the Transfer Manager.Net Welcome screen. 2. Select the default location, or browse to choose an alternate location, where the Transfer Manager.NET set up files should be saved. Please note: this is only for the set up files, not the actual installation of Transfer Manager.NET. Revision date: 4/2/2009 3

4 3. Click Next to continue the installation process. 4. Click Yes to agree to the Transfer Manager.NET License Agreement and continue with the installation. Selecting No on this screen will cancel the installation. Revision date: 4/2/2009 4

5 5. Choose the destination folder where Transfer Manager.NET should be installed, then click Next. 6. Double check that the installation Directory is correct, then click Next. Revision date: 4/2/2009 5

6 7. The installation process will then begin and a window will appear to show the status. 8. Once the installation has been completed, a screen will be displayed to indicate that the process is complete. Click Finish on that screen. 9. Your new client is now installed and ready to configure! 7 Upgrading from Older Versions of TM.Net 1. Click Next on the Transfer Manager.Net Welcome screen. 2. Select the default location, or browse to choose an alternate location, where the Transfer Manager.NET set up files should be saved. Please note: this is only for the set up files, not the actual installation of Transfer Manager.NET. Note: As the files are being saved to your system, you may be prompted to overwrite some of the Transfer Manager installation files. This is normal, so please select Yes to All when prompted. 10 Upgrading from Transfer Manager 2.x or Earlier 1. Click Next on the Transfer Manager.Net Welcome screen. Once the software components are installed, a window will open to begin a data import process to move your configurations from the old Transfer Manager client to this new client. 14 9. Click Next to confirm the file path of your previous Transfer Manager installation directory. 10. Click Next to confirm the file path of your new Transfer Manager.NET installation directory. Revision date: 4/2/

15 11. Click Migrate to begin the data transfer process. 12. Once the data has been transferred, a window will open to provide you the option of transferring your Send File Archives. If you want to transfer those files, click Copy Archives. If you don t want to transfer those files, click Skip. Revision date: 4/2/

16 13. Once the data import process is complete, the following screen will appear. Click Finish. 14. A screen will be displayed to indicate that the installation is complete. Click Finish. 15. Your new client is now installed and ready to use! Revision date: 4/2/
