5 1. AUTHOR S INTRODUCTION FOR ios 9 USERS ios 9 users who choose to use LiveBox from their tablet or smartphone, during the application launch, will see this screen. This is due to the security policies settings. In order to continue using LiveBox just follow a short procedure that you will find below. Open the Settings application on your smartphone. 4

6 Go to the General section and click Profile. LiveBox Srl will be shown in the app business. Click on it and give the permission. When the procedure ends, you can continue to use LiveBox as you always do. 5

7 2. LOGIN To do the Login for LiveBox ios application go to the Login page, insert Username and Password and specify the server obtained by the admin. In Advanced settings, select SSL modality and the number of the port. During the Login procedure you have to select a domain. This choice is essential if the user has more accounts on different domains. On the contrary, the choice will be optional. To complete Login session is required the insertion of 5 digits Pin. The first Pin insertion must be done on web portal and will be the same for the ios app login. 6

8 3. MENU Clicking on the top to the left of Home go to the menu, where there are the main LiveBox features divided in: Recents, Applications, Share, Categories and Profile. 7

9 3.1 RECENTS Through Recents you can check last activities referred to the contents shared with other users. The visualization is organized in: Name, Action and User. Clicking on one of them you can check informations about the file or folder. Inside the Informations area are listed features like: Creation date, last change, edited and size. For further informations about Actions visit cap 3.1 More. 8

10 3.2 APPLICATIONS Inside on the Applications area we can found four cathegories: Home, Mail, Network sharing and Group Folders HOME On the screen Home are listed all the LiveBox files and folders. 9

11 CREATE A FOLDER To create a new folder click on the folder image in the lower left and name it ORGANIZE FILES Clicking on the arrows at the bottom center of the Home screen it is possible to organize files through: Name, last modified date and Dimension. 10

12 TAKE A PICTURE Clicking on the lower right icon it is possible to take a picture or charge images from the library to share them on LiveBox. The picture will be inserted in the folder where the user is placed when he works MAIL Mail feature guarantees the possibility for the user to set up one or more accounts for the connection to the LiveBox portal. 11

13 User can sync his own mail account importing all the attachments that will be visualized in bold style and branched per sender. To sync mail account select the swipe and insert password, the same one utilized for the starting Login. ATTENTION: From the ios application it is possible only to see the attachments and sync mail account but you can not add and set up new accounts (operation made from web). 12

14 3.2.3 NETWORK SHARING Through Network Sharing you can check the shared content inside on the business web. Through LiveBox you can set up one or more sources to utilize different paths. ATTENTION: Only the admin can set up new network share. 13

15 3.2.4 GROUP FOLDERS The Group Folders are created automatically when you create a group. All users in the group can upload their own content in them so that they are immediately available with other members. The ability to write in folders group is defined by the administrators of the group. 14

16 3.3 SHARE Inside Share categories you can go quickly to the shared file list with the following criterions: Clicking on File you have the list of all the files and folders shared with, by and towards the current user. Clicking on Users area, it is possible to check your sharings complete vision. Files will be stored in different folders organized per user. 15

17 3.4 CATEGORIES Inside on Categories area are listed LiveBox s files that are divided in categories: Office, PDF, Images, Audio, Video, Trash, Encrypted and Saved. The category is like a filter that acts on all the files. In the Trash area are stored files removed from the user. Clicking on the trash icon you can definitively remove files trash stored. 16

18 Clicking on Encrypted it is possible to visualize all the encrypted files. Through ios application you can save contents and make them offline. You can consult them, in the Saved folder, also without internet connection. 17

20 3.5 PROFILE Clicking on Settings, you can find four features: Account, Authorizations, Support and Informations. 19

21 3.5.1 ACCOUNT Inside on Settings, in the Account area, are listed user credentials: Name, , Space and Server. 20

22 3.5.2 AUTHORIZATIONS Inside on the Authorizations area we find Pin block and how to disconnect mobile device features. To protect your data in the ios application, activate Pin block. As soon as you will open the application insert a Pin to check your personal data on LiveBox. Clicking on Deactivate this device is possible to do the log out from LiveBox and come back to the previous screen to do the Login again. 21

23 3.5.3 HELP Inside Support area there are two features: Help and Privacy. Clicking on Help you can contact, via mail,livebox support team. Inside on Privacy are sum up general conditions concerned to the Software License agreement. 22

25 4 CHAT Clicking on the upper right icon close to the Home there is the Chat. To set up the chat you have to confirm credentials inserted during the previous Login. Inside on the ios chat application, activating Chat secure mode on, LiveBox users can chat in safe mode. 24

26 5 FEATURES Selecting a file on the right list it will be possible to choose the following features: More and Delete. 25

27 5.1 MORE More lists the following features: Rename: you can rename the file. Sharing: You can share a file typing user or a group name. 26

28 Copy: you can copy a file that can be pasted inside a folder. 27

29 Move: you can Cut and Paste the selected file. Properties: you can consult informations related to a specific file: daytime creation, change and dimension. Inside the Actions there are the following features: Sharing,Open and Versions. 28

30 Save: you can save specific contents that you can consult inside the folder Saved, also without internet connection. Encrypt: you can make sure your file and find them in the Encrypted area. To decrypt a file select the selected file and click on Decrypt. 29
