Use snap options to move twd side view in order to snap to given positions. The same product key allows to activate the numbers of installations as agreed. Office versions allow users to have 2 installations, but only under same user name. So to activate first installations use Login and 2 nd Login for 2 nd installations To activate or deactivate a license the system to be online, all depend of user rights on the system it might be that the program have to start up with administrator privileges. In order to move one license form one user to another or from one pc to another, the installations have to be deactivated, before it can be activated. Be aware if a user continues activate and deactivate between several computers, the licenses might be blocked.
